"I was in a room on the top floor and perhaps my experience relates my room location. The HVAC system was underwhelming. The room had a large portable dehumidifier that was loud and added heat when the damp room needed to be cool. The heat and humidity had already impacted the room’s atmosphere. The rugs were moist and had an unclean feel. I arrived at the hotel around 10 pm at night with only one person at reception. The directions provided by the hotel to find the free airport shuttle...

"I used this hotel as a layover for my 30 hours in Shanghai. From check in with Joanna, who was excellent, knowledgable and very courteous; to moving around on the metro- the hotel is ideally situated and has more than enough for the purpose of business travel."
