"The property was good and close to places, but the bar needs improvement. The staff at the bar were confused and not able to handle all the customers there. Me and my husband ordered food and waited for over an hour. When we saw our food coming, it was given to a different table who arrived there after us. I told the bartender that was our food and he said he understood and he would go back to the kitchen to make ours then. Who does that? And also we were trying to get the check for 30 minutes...

"Tres propre et moderne. Le petit dejeuner est complet, parking inclus et disponible et la cuisinette dans la chambre est appreciable. Juste quelques points d'amélioration et qui n'enleve en rien les 5 étoiles donnés car c'est un défit dans la pluspart des établissements visités: Le bruit de la climatisation et sa fluidité, ainsi que le bruit du frigo peuvent deranger le someil de certaines personnes. J'y reviendrai certainement si l'occasion se represente."

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"

"The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. The room was tiny, which is to be expected but it felt even smaller by the lack of light. It was also 2 feet from the elevators and a door that staff went in and out of all day long. That was a...

"The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay in NYC. Location was great and close to subway stations to get around the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend staying at this hotel!"
