"I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. And it has a nice view of the river. It’s a building is in serious need of a renovation. Everything was...

"Es una estafa este “hotel” ni si quiera se llama así realmente cuando llegas. Encima, nadie habla o se esfuerza el minimo por comunicarse en ingles. Llegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra reservación no existía, no me reembolsaron el dinero y ademas ellos no le notificaron nada a Booking No se hospeden aqui"

"Nice hotel but was surprised there was no English speaking staff available given it was Canton Fair and there were many foreigners staying at the hotel. Rooms are large and clean, good views, breakfast was good and lots of variety available"

"Breakfast never had any meat, but was always fresh. Rooms were clean and maintained, but very dim in the room and the bathroom. Overall, great staff and great location if you’re going to the Canton Fair"

"The staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick. After I got to my room, I ordered a milk tea for delivery, and it was brought to my door by a robot—it was so cute. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable."

"Novotel has a bright atmosphere that positively welcomes tired travellers in transit . The shuttle bus is a plus which drops the passengers 10 min to the hotel. All in , Novotel is a good deal."
