"This was truly a luxurious glamping experience. The shared kitchen and dining area were exceptionally well designed and equipped. The shower facilities and restrooms were spotless, and there was always plenty of hot water. The shared lounge, created from a beautifully renovated barn, was an incredibly charming, cozy, and welcoming space where we loved spending time. Inside the tent, the heater and electric blanket kept us perfectly warm throughout our stay, and we never felt cold at all....

"We stayed at The Hill in late April 2026. It's a great central location to go to Gullfoss, Geysir, several hikes (some that are only accessible in the summer), the only mushroom farm in Iceland and has a cafe, a dairy farm with cafe, and the Secret Lagoon. There's also a great restaurant ten minutes away that specialized in chocolate and langostines. Our room was quite large, which we appreciated. However, we could hear everything other guest were doing - walking or running down the hall, moving...
