This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot. Saying it was terrible is being kind. Dirty.dirty. Dirty. Health inspectors should close it down. No hot water. Garbage piling up. No breakfast. No pool. Staff useless. Wouldn’t take my shoes off. Floor Shame on Expedia for allowing it

I was upgraded to a suite, the tub was rusted, and the sink in the kitchen part had food in it with ants on top of the food, but the front desk ladies was very polite and knowledgeable of their job, if the tub was replaced and the cleaning crew was more caring, it’s really a nice place

When i got there i discovered there wasn't any of the amenities that they had online also they booked my room knowing that they didn't have hot water. Was also told they would cancel my reservations and refund me my money and they didn't.

Wi-Fi was not working , heat wasn’t working had to switch rooms after got settled , my child stepped on a screw , indoor pool wasn’t working , staff was rude and barely there I Kept having to go to the front desk for everything we had no towels it’s so much more

Horrific! Arrived with my 7-year old daughter after a 6-hour white-knuckle drive through storms from Dallas. The parking lot and interior were completely empty. Without even a hello the receptionist said we’re sold out and you need to go to Hotels.com to get your money back! I had to go to three adjacent hotels to find a room. The locals say this Ramada has not been operating for years. You must remove them from your site before there is legal action against you.

This property is really run down. Upon arrival it looks as if this hotel is closed for business. The entire main lobby and rooms are not being used. If you stay here, do so at your own risk. Security issue..My room door was left cracked by one of the hotel staff members for over 6 hours.

GROSS GROSS GROSS. I am relocating to Florida and stopped here to spend the night. I had made my reservation on hotels.com. When I got to the hotel. I should of suspected that someone was wrong. No cars in the parking lot. The front desk clerk who turned out to be the general manager said that I had received a free upgrade to a suite in the executive only suites. When I got to my room. There was a bag of trash outside my room and a pile of dirty towels. I walked in there was very strong smell of cigar smoke. The doors were damaged, and the entrance door would not lock, and the security latch was missing. The curtains were dirty and there were stains on the carpets and walls. The shower was GROSS. The bathtub was dirty. I can go on and on but I will stop here. AVOID this place. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves and this property. It should be closed. Red tagged by the health department.

Pro: didn’t find any bedbugs. Night staff very nice, efficient. Cons: no food/drinks, not even coffee. Hot tub broken, a/c in room broken, pool dirty, halls cluttered with stuff. Outside doors didn’t lock. I think we were the only guests! Needs to be shut down until their “Renovations” are done. This used to be such a nice hotel.

This property is being renovated. We were first given a room in a back dark corner which we accessed by going down a long hall of gutted rooms with workmen in some of them and we had to walk through tools & materials along the hallway. Our room had no phone and the wifi wasn’t available in that part of the building. The manager was prompt and friendly about directing the front desk worker or get us another room. We were given a suite in a separate building that seemed to be repurposed into its current hotel use. The room was dirty and the furniture was old. The toilet rocked terribly. The shower was very rusty and the faucets didn’t function properly. The kitchen table was very old, sticky, and had years of graffiti etched into it. We survived the night but it was very uncomfortable. On the way to the car we walked past a syringe. Just 2 feet from our car. Please don’t stay here until the work is done. It may be a great property later but now it’s just awful. The only redeeming quality was the staff.

Under construction…don’t stay!!!!
This hotel is under construction. It should not be on Hotels.com. There were no privacy curtains on the window and, if there were other people staying there, they could see right into our rooms. The rooms were nasty, NO breakfast, bar, restaurant…no amenities at all. Spooky and vacant.
See threw sheer was as much privacy as we had.

It was awful. Its being "remodeled", but it looks like it got hit by a hurricane the day before. The air conditioning was non-existant and the staff attempted to change our rooms 3 times, but none of them worked. We booked this thinking we got a deal and the hotel shouldnt even be able to be opem for vacancy. It should be shut down. I cant believe the company would make themselves liable or that expedia continues to allow people to book it. I know im not the first compliant.

It was the worse we had to leave middle of the night. Cleaning Chemical (fabuloso) was so strong my daughter coughed the whole time there then started wheezing that’s when we left sad part the room wasn’t even clean. Elevator wasn’t working.
