“Nice place.”

The people working there were very helpful. They made it feel like you weren't just a number. Within a day or two the bartenders could remember what I liked to drink. Staying in one of the club level rooms gives you access to a nice free breakfast, tea in the afternoon, and drinks in the evening. The whole hotel is non-smoking however. The Mediterranian restaraunt downstairs is quite nice.

The location was great - handy to everything. We stayed in an Executive room which gave us an upgrade on the room and access to the Club for breakfast in the morning, coffee etc. through the day and drinks/snacks in the evening.All in all a good experience.

We were highly delighted with all this hotel offered us. We stayed for 9 nights so feel our comments are worthwhile. Rooms were kept exceptionally clean with fresh towels daily and linen every other day. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful but not intrusive. Eating at the hotel proved to be exceptional good value for money, the quality and choice of food was excellent. Good location, ten minute stroll to nearest MRT. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Singapore.

I cannot fault anything in the hotel. the staff were very polite and extremely helpful, service being their main aim. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the bar area a delight with a very good band playing every night (and they were good playing songs we all knew!). It's location for Orchard road could not be better too.

“Orchard Hotel - Great”

I'm glad I stayed at the Orchard Hotel in Orchard. First class hotel in a nice clean district. I caught a shuttle bus at the airport and watched other travelers go to hotels in littel India and chinatown and Geyland and it was a dump. When I got to the Orchard Hotel I was relieved it was a class Hotel. The only other place that matches Orchard is Clarke Quay.

“Comfort, Service & Facilities Singapore”

I stayed at Orchard for the first time last year on recommendation and it was my first choice this year. Beautiful decor, kind & cheerful staff who love to help, comfortable room with all facilities, great pool area and gym that may be used after check out before leaving for airport. Note names to give best staff a mention in hotel questionnaire.

Although getting a bit dated this is an excellent hotel. Get breakfast in the deal.

A high end hotel with personal and personalized service, and great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good entertainment in the bar at night and a superb starting point to explore Orchard Road restaurants, shopping and nightlife, the Botanical Garden (a must-see!) and the rest of Singapore.

I had reserved a signature room. Nicely appointed and on the upper floors. The breakfast buffet was ample and not crowded. Definitely my choice should I return to Singapore.
