Absolutely brilliant. The service was exceptional, the concierge was extremely helpful. Rooms had a modern look, the wide screen plasma tv was the highlight ! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great -- very clean, very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, less than one block from Orchard Street which has a ton of places to shop and eat, and also a stop for the metro rail. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located at the corner of Scotts and Orchard Roads. Staff are excellent and the new gym and pool area are among the best in Singapore. New Year's Eve party was exceptional.

This is one of the best hotel's I've stayed in. Conveniently located, very helpful staff, quiet even though I was on the street side, perfect rooms, outstanding food, top-notch spa... I stayed in a moderately sized suite -- there a lot of nice details: fresh fruit and high-end chocolate in the rooms, a large safe for valuables in the room, all-cotton sheets, mix of pillow options. In addition, the spa is one of the most comfortably outfitted spas I've been to on the road and the service was great.

It was a very short stay and I wish could stay longer. Excellent room with a lot of space. Service at reception was excellent. They were very helpful with my request for a late check out (at 3pm without extra charge). Location is excellent. Close to all the best of Orchard road. As a former local I specifically wanted to stay at that location as I knew I could get everything I wanted within a short walking distance. My only gripe would be the extra cost for the use of the internet. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was really nice. Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They noticed that it was my birthday so they gave me a free room upgrade. I will definitely go back. Always stays at The Mandarin before but this one is a nice surprise.

the hotel was wonderfully situated and the service was very good and prompt. The rooms are comfortable whether for business purposes or leisure vacations. The food is also great escpecially the buffet selection.
