Management courteous and efficient. Rooms of high standard and cleanliness. Desk staff arranged taxis expediently. Bus stop only one block from door. Close to small shops and restaurants. Supermarket short walk up street.

“Budget Hotel close to the Airport!”

This is a great hotel to stay at when passing through Singapore, or for a brief visit. It is a short 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport and is in a vibrant, very interesting neighborhood. Choices of great, inexpensive places to eat abound and all within walking distance. This area is more representative of the "real Singapore", where ordinary residents live and play. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with plenty of hot water and A/C that works well. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful plus free computer and internet access are available in the lobby. I would definitely come back to "The Fragrance" and spend more time in this part of town.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean, the room is nice and clean, the shower is nice, modern and clean. The rooms were cleaned every day. Everything is in order in this hotel for a pleasant stay. I only had positive experiences there and thus have positive memories now.

Great room in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Second night was a bit rough because of a rowdy school group, but staff did try their best to fix situation. WiFi access was a bit expensive, but very reliable and fast.

This Fragrance Hotel (and there are many Fragrance chain hotels only streets apart in this part of Singapore) is great value for money, it's very clean, tidy, and fairly modern... the rooms are very small but being in Singapore there's too much cools stuff to do other then sit in your hotel room :)

The Hotel is a simple budget Hotel, the room was small, But clean, there is Internet in the reception, I could not get the phone in the room to work? There is no food available at the hotel at all, Just drinking water AC & TV , but there are many coffee shops & a mall close on Marine Parade, It is easy to get to from the airport, only S$20 by Taxi
