"I had a pleasant stay. I was given a room when I arrived a bit early and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The room on the 15th floor was clean, and quiet . The bed was super comfortable. I also enjoyed the 12:00 check out! I hope to stay there again!"

"I was only in town for 4 days and by myself. This place is perfect for one person or a couple. The bed was comfortable, soft yet firm. The ac blows cold. The room i had was small but it seems to be the norm for most New York places I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend to friends. It has everything you need, a bed, a shower, ac and a fridge."

"With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
