"Small hotel, clean room, easy access. Breakfast was ok. Got in on a tuesday one hour early and girl at the front desk did not allow me to check in. When I returned at night the front desk guy was super friendly"

"The room was ok and decent sized. Unfortunately there were ants in our room from crumbs that were left over and we reported this twice and there were still ants and crumbs. The halls were also quite echo-y and it was a bit loud at times. The last day we had to fight a flying bug. We are glad the tv at least had streaming services but we wish the ants were under control."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
