Lack of a momentary parking to offload your luggage. Stopping right in front of the entrance is dangerous and forces oncoming traffic to go around you to turn to the street on the right

Was a nice hotel. Beds so big that there’s little room in the actual room. Bath water was brown and it was very loud in the mornings with people slamming doors (Cleaners) I’m talking 7:30am

Spent weekend in January. Great hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern, water pressure in shower was amazing, huge fluffy towels, firm but comfortable bed, quiet, kettle and mini bar in the room. Location - El Corte Ingles is less than 5 minutes walk, there are dining options close by and the science park, hemispheric etc is very close too. Area felt safe, on number 19 bus route which takes you to the historic centre, and plenty of cabs passing the hotel. I was with a friend but would happily go there as a solo female traveller. The icing on the cake was a wonderfully warm welcome from Philippe on the reception desk. He was very engaging and spoke nice and slowly to enable me to practice my Spanish. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Great hotel - I would thoroughly recommend it !

We booked a family room, one king bed on double sofa bed, it was the main reason for choosing this property. When we arrived to the room the air conditioning was broken and the bathroom smell was not nice. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms because there were no other family rooms available. 😏

Old hotel in the wrong location☹️
The hotel is not in the best location. The hotel is pretty run down. The hallway smelled. The metal bars on our window had bird feces dripping from them. You can hear the birds all the time. The pool was closed and the website never mentioned it. The view of homeless people tenting across the street was not a pleasant view to see. But the breakfast was great!

No air conditioning. Room was warm and we had to open the window which had no screen! No coffee maker in room — only a hot pot. We only received one paper coffee cup and one welcome water each day for the week that we were there even though we were two guests.

This property is a bit far from the main attractions and the city center you will either need to take a taxi or public transport. Very good for the price and very clean as well. Although the breakfast isn't worth 17.5 euros per person. It is better to eat out.

High Quality Hotel, with a walkable distance to shops and restaurants, as well as a mall and El Corte Ingles, which is a popular departments store. We also could walk the mall, which is in front of el Corte Ingles, and take the Tour bus from there. Hop on & Hope Off. Their personnel was good, I would say average.

For the price there are better options
Disappointingly, my queen bed turned out to be 2 single beds on castors which moved far too easily. The bathrooms were very nice. In the heat the 15 min walk to the metro was a bit tiring. The so-called smart tv was nothing more than a small LED model. Mini bar small, obviously a ploy to stop you buying your own stuff and instead purchasing their wildly overpriced items.

The hotel doesn't look the Marriot hotel. It costs 433 euros for 2days. Hotel, lobby, elevator and lobby look old and especially fitness room is joke. The elevators didn't work properly. And also there is no taxi parking place so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was not great compared the other Marriot. This hotel needs improving

Nice clean hotel with more than helpful staff, I found them to be following the COVID cleanliness and more, breakfast had a good selection to offer. Walkable to the main sights to be seen. I would be looking to repeat stay if I should return to Valencia

Perfect Hotel for Valencia marathon
The hotel is located close to the registration and start/finish venue of the Valencia marathon. Staff were friendly and attentive with comfortable rooms. Special pre race dinners served in the hotel bar were well priced although breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. I would recommend staying nearer the city centre for a regular site seeing trip but this was perfect for the marathon.
