The staff was great. Laura was extremely helpful on the day we were leaving when our pre-booked taxi didn't show up, she called driver and then a new company and secured us taxis to the airport. Roland was wonderful as well. Gave great recommendations for restaurants and cocktail bars for us to go too. All staff we encountered were wonderful and answered all of our questions. There was some construction going on within a few rooms of the hotel, but it was quiet. Rooms were great. Larger than expected, especially for a European hotel. The breakfast that was included was perfect. Many options. Fresh and hot every day. Very close to two trains/the tube as well as the hop-on/hop-off buses. Would recommend this hotel.

The propery is older but in a fun, classic way. Front desk was staffed with warm friendly folks and there were a lot of breakfast options. Room was large and spacious and the bathroom was well lit and comfortable.

Good--The people are excellent. They argued with a tour company which was not cooperating, and opened for breakfast when the tour was leaving early. Bad--No wash cloths. Maybe that is a Europe thing. Also, no regular heat and so we needed to let windows open to keep at proper temperature during Christmas. Ugly--The hotel is outside the ring, and so patrons need to learn about subway system because taxis are expensive. However, two subway stations are close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Austria Classic Hotel Wien. We found our room very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning delicious and varied. The staff was warm and helpful. We appreciated the location as well as we found it very close to get to the metro stop. Would stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

A perfect stay.
Well positioned hotel, a 5 minute walk from the station which connects to the airport. U-bahn station also 5 minutes away, making access around the city simple and very cheap. Every member of staff was exceptional. All very friendly, helpful and polite. The front desk, the bar, the breakfast room, the cleaners, all perfect. Our room was spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and well maintained. All in all, a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, wonderful family suite with two separate rooms - our best accommodation on our week long trip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great. Two underground stations were in very close proximity, and we also were able to walk to Stephansplatz - we are walkers! There were also restaurants nearby. It was very inviting - it felt like home!

The cleanliness of everywhere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was just a pity that work was ongoing outside the hotel, which made walking a little inconvenient. Would not hesitate to return.

The Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and always welcome in the morning. The only downside was the construction that took place during our stay, so it was bit noisy and not visually pleasing. Moreover, the room itself can get a bit stuffy and warm even with the heater off, so leaving a gap in the window made solves the problem, but we would have liked the room temperature regulated; so we didn't have to constantly close the window when we left for the day and open it up when we returned.

Receptionist and bartender Mark was exceptional and gave us great recommendations for dining. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and short walk from train station made this location perfect for visiting Vienna.

Lovey hotel just outside the city center. The room was small but comfortable and efficient. Perfect for my one night prior to a day trip to Melk. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again and highly recommend this location which is closer to the Danube than where I normally stay in Vienna.

We had a lovely stay at Austria Classic hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is varied and tasty, and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The hotel is really well situated so travelling around is easy and there are some local places to eat and drink. Will definitely be back.

Austria Classic Hotel Wien is beautiful inside. What set it apart for us is the desk staff. Very friendly, very helpful...and very good breakfast. The hotel is near several restaurants and within walking distance to most of the Vienna sights. The hotel is also near a few train stations that make transport around Vienna easy and to and from the airport easy and inexpensive. For those at the airport. The CAT is nice and easy but more expensive and about a 2.3 km walk to the hotel. Take the S7 train and get off at Praterstern or Nestroyplatz. Both are maybe 100-150 meters to the hotel.

Very close to U1 and S7 (to airport) lines. Unfortunately, the street in front of the hotel was being ripped out for installation of a bike lane, so it literally looked like a construction zone. Buffet breakfast was good. Air-conditioning was superb, but our beds (two single ones pushed together) were too soft, so we had stiff backs during our stay.

Horrible amount of construction going on in front of the property. Nice breakfast room and selection (although very typical cold cut type european breakfast) Limit variety of alcohol in the bar. Expected a bit more elegant of a hotel.

It's a pretty small hotel....but it's beautiful, neat, very clean and very homey....the breakfast is nice, but I'd like a little more variety, in other words they basically present the same exact menu every day....that'd be my only concern....I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, plus it's a stone through from the train station

Perfectly located, nicely appointed with good breakfast. My only suggestion would be to put plants in the outside seating area for breakfast that will dscourage the wasps. They are unsettling.

The room had nice energy and was both clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches here and there. The staff was friendly, kind and easy to chat with. The breakfast was ample and provided the common fixings of an Austrian breakfast. The hotel is also very conveniently located just 2 train stops from Stephensplatz, the stop adjacent to St. Stephens Cathedral, but the street of the hotel seemed cleaner and less crowded that other nearby locations. I will definitely stay here again next time I need a few days in Vienna!
