"Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. Leider wurde uns aufgrund fehlender Informationen in deren System das Frühstück verwehrt. Einzig positive war die Anbindung und die guten ÖVP Möglichkeiten."

"The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved.

"Our host was helpful when we needed help.
The house was cluttered with personal items which made it seem chaotic.
The house was not supplied with dish washer soap so we had to buy our own.
The big bottles of toiletries were not useful just clutter. The freezer was filled with meat so not much space to put anything in.
The photos I viewed for this property we're misleading in that they made the rooms appear much larger than they were and all the wardrobes in the rooms were not usable due to...

"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. "We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location.
