Knew the style of hotel and keen to try.
Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all
Very soulless place
Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave"

"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean.
The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet.
We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear and efficient.
Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I needed to extend my room very late at night and they were so kind to do it for me. Location is great too. The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. I hope they can resolve the bug issue, then...

"The Staff was very professional and friendly, We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and Peter at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. He did everything he could to fix the problem so we wouldn’t have to move rooms. He was incredibly kind, professional, and generous with us. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service.
