Request for changing room
Pelayanannya sangat ramah dan baik. Saya request pindah kamar dari bathroom with shower ke bathtub. Dan dengan cepat dilakukan. Hanya menunggu 15 menit untuk penggantian kamarnya. Thanks Aston Tropicana. We will come again on next trip.

Hotel nyaman ditempat strategis
Lokasi hotel ditempat ramai dan sangat dekat tempat belanja. Kamar lumayan luas, bersih dan nyaman. Disebelahnya ada mini market shg kalau perlu apa2 mudah. Atm beberapa bank jg bersebelahan. Staf hotel ramah dan cepat merespon permintaan meskipun sudah malam. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah breakfastnya dlm hal rasa standart banget bahkan cenderung kurang. Pelayanan ditempat makan jg lambat misalnya penyediaan sendok garpu perlu nunggu krn kehabisan. Mungkin perlu ditambah staf utk dibagian ini.

Saya memesan 2 kamar dan datang tepat jam 2 siang tp kamar blm siap siap setelah bbrp lama 1 kamar telah siap, tp kmr 1 lg saya hrs menunggu hingga jam 4 sore. Saya maklumi karena mgkn situasi sedang ramai karena liburan panjang. Senang jg karena 1 kamar di upgrade jd ke kmr yg lebih besar . Hotel dekat kemana2 tinggal jln kaki sdh sampai pertokoan , tempat mkn dll. Lokasi ok bngt.

down grade kualitas bantal
saya hampir selalu menginap di Aston tropicana cihampelas, kalau ke bandung dalam urusan dinas dari kantor. beberapa bulan lalu, saya menginap disana, bantal masih menggunakan merek king coil yang memang nyaman digunakan. tgl 13-15 oktober 2016, saya menginap disana, ternyata bantal sdh di down grade menjadi bantal berisi dacron murahan yg isinya terlalu banyak sehingga terlalu tebal dan sangat tidak nyaman, karena leher menjadi sangat pegal kalau punya kebiasaan tidur terlentang. akhirnya saya putuskan tidur tanpa menggunakan bantal selama 2 malam menginap disana. Sangat disayangkan hotel yang begitu baik kualitasnya, baik dari sisi kebersihan, pelayanan, maupun makanan, tapi menjadi turun nilainya akibat bantal yang sangat tidak nyaman.

Sudah 2 kali menginap di aston tropicana, lokasinya strategis dekat dengan ciwalk dan dikelilingi banyak tempat makan. Kamarnya luas dan sangat nyaman. Lobby sangat bagus, luas, banyak sofa untuk bersantai. Proses check in cepat. Breakfast lumayan, menu untuk anak kurang bervariasi. Staf ramah dan helpful..

I stay at this hotel during ramadhan to enjoy open fasting at its restaurant. It turns out the buffet isn't so good and have limited option. considering as 4 star hotel, the food quality is like jasmine hotel. Not recommended!

Room is clean and comfortable however bathroom needs more attention, maybe more lighting and cleanning especially the bath tub. Also could use some new towels. But after all, we like this hotel. Breakfast has good selection. We might stay here again.

Great hotel, pleasant stay
Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant. Perfect Hotel location with alot of foods restaurant & dining & shopping just outside the hotel. We we located at swimming pool and gym level so it was great!! Room service was delicious too

It was a bad experience. Came in to the room with a wet carpet smell. Room was gloomy and the view outside the window was wallpapered. Requested for a change of room which was given the next day and it was much better. I appreciate it alot. Thank you to the staff Elvira for making my trip a good one.

Having problem with door. Unable to close until it being repaired. The shower was in bad position. It was too low. There’s leaking from the bath tub. But the breakfast was great.

Decent hotel
Overall positive experience. Only negative was that the hot water would spew out brown water, if you left it running it would eventually turn clear, but it was pretty gross to see. Also, make sure you request non-smoking room otherwise. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing, but not terrible.

The rooms looked old but still maintained the cleanliness. Near to Cihampelas Walk & Skywalk just around the corner. Only breakfast need to re-looked into the variation.

Good Location
Stayed here for 6 nights. Pleasant and friendly staffs. Great location near to shops. Only few minutes walk to Ciwalk. Our air-condition is not cold. We were impressed with the promptness of their service. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay for all of us.
