Hotelnya nyaman, terletak di Jalan Braga. Spot terbaik untuk jalan-jalan di tengah kota. Kasurnya empuk dan nikmat untuk tidur dua malam. Kolam renang cukup memuaskan anak-anak. Sarapan pagi juga enak. Hotel bintang 3 paling direkomendasikan untuk di tengah kota Bandung.

Nice hotel area braga
Dekat dengan jalan braga walau ga sempat jln juga disekitar area braga, bfast ok lumayan, sempat ngadat mesin kopi akhrnya dibetulkan bisa. Handuk benangnya sdh pd ketarik menjuntai bradul. Lampu dilorong hotel gelap krg cahaya, Kamar agak aneh krn kasur tengah mlm bunyi tapi bsk pagi sdh tdk bunyi, ada suara2 dilemari gantungan, akhirnya tidur juga dlm keadaan lampu nyala,mgk ini gedung lama yg sdh direnovasi so far putih bersih kelihatan lapang di lobby. Harga hotel lumayan tdk.murah juga

A nice hotel in a strategic location
Clean and tidy room with simple modern design. The room size is big enough to perform jamaah prayer for muslims. An ample buffet breakfast food options, I like the bubur sumsum. All the staff is nice and very helpful. Highly recommended.

okay, check in process complicated
booked through this site for my brother who was on his way to bandung, choosing pay later option/pay in the hotel. i booked around 2pm. Jessica from hotel reservation suddenly called me to transfer the money immediately or I would loose the room before 4pm. i was working and busy. Ibis should have its regulation more flexible and convenient. the call from Jessica sounds like threatening. she needs to learn how to tone down when speaking to customer. to use the pool you need to report to front desk. it is so inconvenient. some change in policy needed. for hotels, it is quiet convenient, located in the heart of Asia africa, and walking distant to braga, nearby the historical building sites in Bandung.

We regret to read that you feel disappointed by one of our staff. Please let us explain that it is hotel procedure for 4 pm release without guarantee payment. For sure, we will do appropriate measures to see the way our staff deliver the message to our guest. In regards our pool operational, it is open on weekend and public holiday only starting 7 am until 3 pm. Beyond from that schedule, we expect our guest to fill the statement letter that we provide in Front Office. Saya menginap di sini karena pengen foto deket museum dan jalan jalan pasti nya. Tapi dengan hrga standar ini kok pelayanannya kurang ya karena saya datang jam 2.35 baru masuk kmar jam 4.02 . Lumayan ya nunggu nya sambil di temani welcome drink. Masuk kamar lumayan. Tapi kamar mandi nya bau pesing kaya nya ada yang pipis bukan di tempst nya. Makanan enak ada jamu nya , tumben loh ada jamu. Selamat menikmati liburan....

Pertama datang dgn booking online, langsung tanggap dan langsung diarahkan ke kamar. Kamar bagus, bersih cukup luas untuk keluarga (family room). View luar biasa terlihat jalan Asia Afrika. Kasur empuk dan anak2 sy suka. Wifi kenceng di hari pertama, berikutnya agak lamaan. Tapi secara keseluruhan.. good point, i like this Hotel

We zijn blij dat onze inspanningen om onze gasten tevreden te stellen door u kunnen worden gevoeld, van servicevriendelijkheid, het eten dat we serveren, de faciliteiten die we hebben en de netheid van kamers en hotels. Onze locatie, omringd door historische gebouwen en winkelcentra, kan het onze gasten gemakkelijker maken om historische rondleidingen, smakelijke lokale smaken of winkeltrips te maken. En ook gewoon wandelen onze gasten kunnen de Alun Alun stad Bandung bereiken. Bedankt dat u van ons hotel een topprioriteit heeft gemaakt tijdens uw reis. It was located in the centre part of Bandung, exactly in front of Asia Africa Museum. The street it is situated, Jl. Braga, is full with restaurants and cafe. The room is quite nice, it is a decent size and okay for the price and the location.
