Stayed here for a business trip with a total of 4 nights. The check in was quick, received a room upgrade, the food is good and the room condition is excellent. I pretty much enjoy the location and the atsmophere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Ok Hotel
Parking space is very limited and small. Room is sizeable but no hand soap and only 2 big towels. Internet is fast. Breakfast is good.

Service response need to improve
Hotel is okay, but they need to improve their room service. Specially sanitising rooms properly. No iron board in the room. And they provide only two water bottles in a day. Operator/ room service is not very responsive as for even asking for towels they took some time more than 20 min. So definitely hotel need to improve service

New and confortable
This has the feel of a new hotel. The room was comfy and stylish. We loved lounging at night on the rooftop terrace next to the swimming pool. The morning swim with city overview was nice as well altough the pool is somehow on the small side and the water was a bit chilly. Very nice experience overall.

Not recommended for a Business trip
The rooftop pool has amazing views. However, there are no umbrellas. The rest of the hotel was very disappointing. No toilet roll or towel holders, as TV that kept coming on automatically (including after a power cut in the middle of the night), very noisy, etc. Renovation works ongoing, causing noise at bad times.

午後4時のチェックインで部屋の準備が未だ、だと。。。。。話しにならないですね。 また、これは施設の問題ではありませんが、ホテル周辺の喧騒が激しい。 恐らく二度と泊まらないです。

If you want to relax I don’t recommend this place. The walls is not very good isolated and there is no quiet zone inn the hall. It wasn’t just a little noisy, but I got woken up several times of slamming doors, children running and screaming. And they also start vacuum the hallway pretty early to. And it’s not like a normal vacuum. It’s sounds like a industrial vacuum. They also turn on music 06.00 in the hall The service is good, but it could been better and also the cleaning of rooms and sheets. I mean the hotel opened one year ago, but still the sheets and carpets look much older than that. The hotel looks very nice, but all in all I don’t think it’s worth it.

Mercure-label zeker niet waard...
Ik ben geen grote fan van de Mercure hotels, maar het verblijf in dit hotel in Bandung is wel heel erg teleurstellend verlopen. Ik heb hier voor mijn werk 4 nachten doorgebracht. Het management van het hotel is onvoldoende op de hoogte van de wereldwijde standaarden van de keten. - Kamer was niet schoon (kruimels en druppels massageolie op de nachtkastjes). Vlekken op stoel... - Schoonmaak van de kamers vaak pas na 16:00 uur. Onduidelijk systeem om aan te geven dat de kamer kan worden schoongemaakt (zowel een lampje als een kaartje aan de deur), - Handdoeken worden niet dagelijks vervangen, maar opgeraapt van de vloer en weer opgehangen. Grote vlekken in de handdoeken. Soms waren ineens handdoeken weg en had ik er nog maar eentje over. - Kamers zijn erg gehorig, met name naar de gang. Het hotel is een familiehotel en kinderen spelen al vroeg in de ochtend in de gang. - Overlast van de club (muziekcafe), die onderin het hotel is gelegen. - Lampen bij het bed waren defect. - Masterschakelaar bij het bed was ook defect, waardoor ik steeds naar het halletje moest lopen om het licht aan de doen. In het donker in de nacht erg lastig. - Hoewel dit een nieuw hotel is, was er al behoorlijk was slijtage aan muren en kasten in de kamer (fineer van de kasten gescheurd / getrokken). - Hotel is gelegen bij een moskee (oproep gebed om 4:00 uur). - Laundry service: na de was zaten er meer vlekken in de kleding dan ervoor. - Positief was de service van de receptie.

Hotel was nice enough, but the suite wasn't really worth it - traffic noise and not really suitable for family (probably better to have 2 adjacent rooms). Breakfast was a bit crowded and fairly average.
