pesan 1 bed , pas dtg yg tersedia cuma yg twins.. kecewa banget tp krna udah payment terpaksa tetap stay disana.. sisanya sih standar, menu breakfast juga tidak byk pilihan dan terlalu sedikit

Hotel bagus didalam mall
POP Citylink hotel bandung cukup unik, tarif tidak mahal dan menawarkan pengalaman unik, mulai dari pelayanan yg kebanyakan menganut paham "self service" hingga lokasi yg strategis karena berada didalam mall. Pertama kali datang di POP Citylink hotel agak ragu, karena disambut dengan suasana suram meskipun tema hotel cukup berwarna. Proses check in juga mudah apalagi pemesanan saya lakukan pelalui expedia. Setelah check in lalu menuju kamar, kesan selanjutnya adalah lift yg lambat, mungkin karena tamu harus memasukkan kartu terlebih dahulu baru tamu bisa memilih lantai tujuan di lift. Untuk kamar saya agak kecewa dari segi kenyamanannya karena bau rokok masih sangat kuat di kamar yg saya tempati, untuk kebersihan sudah baik. Demikian review singkat saya, mudah2an bermanfaat

the bathroom was broken and water leaked when we showered at first day we stay, but the hotel staff was quite friendly when we asked for repair and they fixed it within quite short of time. Hotel location is good, located exactly at the same building with a shopping mall so it's easy to find almost everything you need there.

the hotel was good but we stay at level 9 and the wifi was not strong that is was impossible to log in to use the wifi . but some nights during the weekdays the wifi is better . lobby area wifi is super good and the have a desktop for the hotel guest to use. from the hotel to most of the iconic places is near . all of their staff are friendly i must say super friendly . you could ask the hotel counter to get you a driver to bring you to kawah putih

Hotel is a smart budget hotel concept has limit service and also room space but hotel has priorities for comfortable of guest during stay with us. we provide free complimentary morning bite to our guest for maximum 3 persons in a room, with the local menu. Vending machine is available for 24 hours in hotel's lobby area with some choices of drinks. In addition, we provide you 24 hours free wifi in a room and all public area. In case you don't bring your notebook, smart phone or tablet, free internet corner is waiting for you in lobby. We do apologize for any inconvenience happened during your stay in POP! Hotel Bandung. We will follow up and we do regularly checking for Signal WiFI and ensure it works well in all rooms so our guest can enjoy their stay in the future. I will share your comments with our team. And we do apologize regarding smoke smells in the rooms and problem with TV cable. Basically all the room in our hotel are Non Smoking Rooms, but some guest still to smoke in the room. We have anticipate regarding this matter with set up Optipura or Aroma Therapy before room selling. Regarding problem with TV cable we already contact the vendor and fix that problem and ensure it doesn't happen in the future. Prima hotel voor goed prijs.
In Bandung een beetje uit het centrum en gen koelkast op de kamers maar wel bij prima shoppingmall.. Verder goed bevallen, in Yokyakarta ook weer POP hotel geboekt. Hebben er twee, 1 in het centrum de ander op loop afstand.

Great Simple Place to Stay
I enjoy stay here. It's just a one night stay for me to take a rest during attending exhibition in Festival Citylink Mall. It's quite fit with my purpose of my trip. It's really comfortable place when you are just looking a simple place to take a rest. I didn't go anywhere since it's location is far from city center of Bandung.

Nice hotel staff
It was a very nice stay for me n my family. The location was good, next to a mall so we bought toothpaste n toothbrush there since the hotel only provided soap n shampoo. One good highlight was when we went for a breakfast in the dining area, my son mistakenly spill his cereals. I told one of the hotel staff n he responded very well n cleaned the messy area right away.

Better than your average 3 star hotel.
It was better than expected. The hotel is located just next to the mall so getting food wasn't an issue. The mall has pizza hut, j.co and a few more places i couldn't remember off hand. For your daily items, there's a supermarket at the basement, Lotte mart. The view from your room at night is pretty awesome too. I'd choose this over the Braga area hotels anytime.

Hotel near shopping centre and food court..
Hotel room small with spaceship design toilet ..location beside to harris citylink hotel..if u really like shopping and need a budget hotel I recommended these POP CItylink Hotel.. From POP Hotel to KING MALL and PASAR BARU shopping centre very far need to take cab paid for 50,000rupiah but if u take angkut its more cheaper paid only 2,000rupiah each , angkut is a van one of the transportation in bandung that are cheap and safety in the day..just to know which colour bring u to the place u need to go..can also asked the security guide or the people in bandung they are very friendly.

I have stayed in POP hotels in Yogjakarta, Jakarta & Bandung. But in Pop Bandung, i have bad experiences. I stayed in room 708. The bathroom the water leaks into my room, the ceiling on the left side of entrance door leaks & my bed-sheet was not change for 3 nights. On my 2nd of my stay i request to rectified my bathroom which they did but they did not change my bed sheets. The bed-sheet have some sand whereby i have sleepness night. On the 3rd night at 10.30 pm they managed to change the bed-sheet after my complain. On the overall of the hotel, i think Pop hotel in Bandung needs to touch up with repaint the soil walls & clean up some part of the hotel. The 3 computers in front of reception, 1 computer is not working & some of the tables at dining area is wobbling. I feel with some maintenance work this hotel could be better. The staff was friendly but poor in follow up work.
