Safe and room are nice. Slightly in an area away from busy streets. Would have to walk a long path to busy street. However they can give you a tuk tuk or taxi to drop you on busy st for free. It's a plus

With the free breakfast included with the booking we were denied the buffet breakfast even after the dining staff checked with the front desk. Zero VIP benefits that were included also. Nice clean hotel down through an alley.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in der nähe von Nana Plaza.Die Hotel Mitarbeiterinnen waren stehts bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Trotz der nähe zu Nana Plaza gab es keine Lärmbelästigung. Fazit: Ein Hotel das ich bek meinem nächsten Bangkok Aufenthalt wieder nehmen werde. A very well located hotel near Nana Plaza. The hotel staff were always helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. Despite the proximity to Nana Plaza, there was no noise. Conclusion: A hotel that I will use again for my next stay in Bangkok.

The location is a long walk up Soi 4, perhaps 15 minutes by foot to Sukhumvit Road. Around the hotel there is very limited commercial or retail space, so don't expect a nearby store or food. I would not recommend this place.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Très bon séjour, chambre spatieuse, pas de bruit. La literie est confortable. Le service de navette gratuit de l'hôtel vous amène presque à côté de BTS Nana, après il faut marcher 10 petites minutes et ça se fait sans problème pour nous!

Value for money stay
find the mattress a bit too soft.... first night was rather sleepless was disturbed by the noise which I subsequently found out was from the bar fridge... not sure what was causing the noise and i decided to pull off the wire and noise went off immediately. the tuk tuk service from the hotel was welcoming and convenient otherwise the road from nana station to the hotel was rather long..... in fact not a very convenient location if not because of the tuk tuk service and a rather tiring and long walk in and out.

First issue for me was the cable tv not working. Second issue is it’s to close to all the activities and the traffic was just horrible just to get to the property. No complaints about the hotel otherwise

Lobby floor have two bathrooms and aren’t ventilated, combined with Bangkoks climate it makes the whole lobby smells really bad. You would notice as soon as you step in, room service didn’t clean my room throughly there were coffee spills on the counter and tiny particles on the bedsheets, not sure what it is but for around $30-40 a night I wasn’t expect top tier stays. It is convenient if you wanted to go to bars and such, Nana street is right outside and full of bars and restaurants. Pretty close to everything downtown about 10min drive if no traffic, about 30 if there is.
