I booked my family room with 1king and 2 single, the hotel never informs me that the room booked by me is not available until a day before I check-in. The manager promise will replace a better room but when I was there the room provide for me is the room which under maintenance. The water heater is not function, the toilet bowl cover is broken this is one thing, after complaint, the manager decides to refund me with RM4! I bring my family total 3adults and 2 kids with the time 4pm+, where do I find a better room to fit it? I really angry with the arrangement by the so call"manager"
