Bisnis di daerah wisata Pantai Sanur
petugas front ofice melakukan pekerjaan berbeda di saat bersamaan. Tamu pertama belum selesai dilayani, petugas di sibuk kan menerima panggilan telpon yg cukup lama. Tamu berikut nya kembali dilayani oleh petugas yg sama saat tamu terdahulu masih menunggu proses. Kain sprei yg kami gunakan di kamar 510 berbau obat gosok dan terkesan kamar mandi khusus nya perlu direvitalisasi karena terkesan kusam. Pemandangan, makanan, lingkungan, fasilitas ATM sesungguh ny tetap menjadikan Inna Beach sebagai hotel yang layak untuk di pilih.

Gran Inna Sanur yang kurindukan
Gran inna bali beach mempunyai lokasi pantai yang terbaik di Bali, di mana kami bisa berkeliling juga ke lokasi sekitarnya. Jadi secara lokasi pantai is the best. Untuk kedepannya supaya lebih banyak pilihan dan variasi pada saat tamu sarapan. Kemudian arena playground untuk anak belum ada, kecuali pantai dan swimming pool. Lalu soal kebersihan mungkin perlu ditingkatkan, terutama kebersihan di toilet umum, di mana masih kurang diperhatikan. Secara over all, saya masih mau berkunjung lagi, dengan harapan yang lebih baik lagi.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Comfortable, clean and spacious room for two people. Has its own beach. The building itself seems a bit old but inside its nice. Wish the AC noise can be reduced

An old but charming old diamond in a fab location
We changed to this hotel after a week in the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and Legian,wanted to have some down time and relaxation ....we got a good deal and took the plunge even though reviews were less than generous..... All I have to say is ...she's a grand old girl ...the days of old style decadence still evident in the over the top foyer in its sheer size and melodrama ....... ,gardens to die for , beach and restaurants on the beach...the old girl is actually very charming even in her faults and 1950s quirkiness ..... Wi fi great ....all over ...except for the occasional stop..we survived I saw a young lady comment that the pool was unswimmable and filthy because if a collection of moss on the pool rocks , I wondered if she understood anything about tropical environments and plant growth....the pool was crystal clear and divine in its own retro way ....and huge with lots of cosy pockets of shade under banyan treas and frangipani I read of cockroaches,and filth,age and deterioration ,dissapoinment and horror ......well pffft we paid a very reasonable price,,,,,bathrooms had been renovated ,rooms were perfectly clean and cockroaches were obviously off duty ,we stayed in the deluxe cottages an ours was 20 metres from the sand ....glorious If I wanted to be petty,spoilt and small minded I'm sure I could make a long list of complaints but the grand old lady of Sanur doesn't deserve that .... she's still paradise ...just with a few wrinkles

Als wir ankamen wurde klar, dass wir in dem eigentlichen Hotel nicht unterkommen konnten, da es gerade abgerissen wurde. Glücklicherweise wurden wir auf zwei Bungalows umgebucht. Die e waren prima. Trotzdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, vorher eine Information durch Expedia zu bekommen. Letztendlich war der Aufenthalt schön, aber ohne Umbuchung wäre es eine totale Enttäuschung gewesen. (Wir haben Fotos von der Abriss-Baustelle.)

A nice place to start your trip.
The hotell was ok. Staff were kind, when they saw you. Most of the time they where looking anorher wah. It was very quiet and far away from everyrhing. Nice poace to start you trip. Stayed for two day, and it definitely helped get accustomed to the time zone and climate.

Dagar på Sanur beach Bali 2020
En gång ett pampigt hotell men numera lite slitet och behov av renovering målning uppfräschning mm. Poolområdet är dock mycket fint och stranden precis i närheten är härlig med fria stolar. Mycket bra frukost med stora valmöjligheter.

Always our favorite in Bali.Has the best stretch of beach, the best views, the best swimming pools and plenty of amenities. The staff are always very hospitable and helpful and the area is hassle free and just a great place to relax. My daughter loves the place.

海辺のとても静かないい場所にあります。スタッフもとても親切です。また利用したいと思います。 残念な事は、シャワー使用時に蛇口から水漏れしトイレの床まで水が溜まりました。夜に一部の中国の方々が騒がしく、次回は違う階でリクエストしようと思います。(中国人が嫌いな訳ではありません)

Always a pleasure going back to this hotel. It is getting a bit worn with age but everything still works in the room, the breakfast is varied and interesting, and the pools are fantastic. The staff couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful.

Beatiful hotel with a historical significance, but the hotel is very dated and needs an uplift. The hotel has great facilities and great staff and as a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Teen) we have used most of the facilities and we did enjoy our 4 day stay. It is fairly priced and food Was great but portions are on the smaller side. Close to all the beach restorants and clubs on one side, the Main Street in Sanur, and on the other side within walking distance to the boating harbour starting point to all the islands and many water sports. I loved the view of the pool from our 8th floor balcony and of the islands and the volcano in the distance and would stay again.

ロケーションは、最高! 朝食は、種類も多く美味しい。 設備は古く、セーフティボックスの電池が切れていたが、すぐにスタッフが対応してくれた。  シャワーの水圧、温度調節とも問題なし! タオルは、古く清潔感に欠けていた。

Very good staff. Value for money. First room bathroom was in bad shape and the one were given when we asked was only slightly better. 21.5% surcharge on everything is to high! Menu were very basic making it better to go out to eat.

Beautiful resort if you want time to unwind, if youre looking for more of a party area this wouldnt be the place. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Hotel.food not so great

Needs renovations badly.
Inna Grand Bali hotel is more then 50 years old and it shows. I think that the hotel was never renovated. Dirty carpet in hallways. Black mold around the bathtub. We had two cockroaches in the room. The swimming pool looks good but don't look closely. There is back green algae growing on the walls inside of the pool. It was not clean probably for years. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very friendly.

We left our passports in the safe which was cleaned out at 12 pm we got to airport at 7pm only to realise we didnt have them no one from hotel contacted us to let us know when we got back to hotel passports were in dodgy location away from reception a lobby they were in room away from hotel very suspicious not happy at all

The hotel has a great pool. All the rooms overlook the sea. This was the first luxury hotel in Bali So is of coarse a bit dated but it is also vintage With wonderfully spacious grounds. When there are special events from time to time the music can be very loud

They have a great pool. The rooms look over the ocean. But they tend to have events on the beach or in the courtyard with live rock music from time to time. So incredibly bad.
This hotel is astonishingly bad by any standard. My room was wet, not damp, wet. The slippers provided were wet on the bottom after walking around the room for only a few minutes. Paper left out on a table would start to get mushy. The air conditioner didn't. The door to the balcony didn't open. The bathroom, ugh, there was a ring of mold around the bathtub drain and a layer of calcium around the showerhead that limited the flow of water to the point where I would have been better of bathing in the sink. I would like to think my experience was isolated, but during the week the quality (and lack thereof) of the rooms was a hot topic of conversation at our conference . Everyone seemed to have some issue from bad electrics to eternally flushing toilets The staff were quite nice in moving my reservation to the Inna Beach Garden hotel next door, which was excellent! The grounds were lovely.

空港からタクシーですか?30分ほどの場所です。 空港で直接乗り場まで行くとカウンターがあり200kルピアでした。ホテルで空港までのタクシーを呼んでもらったときも同額でした。ホテルにはバー、ビーチサイドのレストランがありました。私は利用しませんでしたが、少し歩いたところの方が安くてバリエーションがあるようでした。

Like an old friend who hasn’t aged well.
We stayed in this hotel a number of times 25 to 35 years ago. We love the area but the hotel has aged and not gracefully. The service and breakfast were good. The room was in bad shape. 4 stars 25 years ago, today it’s a stretch to three.

部屋からの景色がとても素晴らしい
一昨年に続き2度目の宿泊です。サヌールは4・5か所滞在しています。 一番の決め手はやはり部屋からの景色です。オーシャンビューにプール・そしてオレンジ色の屋根は絶景です。サヌールの低層階のホテルの中、唯一高層ホテルだと思います。 また、サヌールの港まで徒歩で行けます。レンボンガン島やペニダ島へ行くにはとても便利です。ただ、ショッピングに町まで出るには徒歩ではちょっと遠いです。ホテルタクシーで10万ルピア、帰りはブルーバードタクシーに乗れば3万ルピアで帰ってこれます。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で日本のホテルと変りません。部屋はシングルベッド2台で普通の広さ。お風呂は浴槽がついていてお湯もよく出ます。ビーチ沿いのレストランは夜に生演奏をやっています。ビーチの上にテーブルがありムードは満点です。プールは3か所あり広さも深さも十分です。自転車のレンタルが1時間5万ルピアでサヌールのビーチの端から端まで行けます。帰りは深夜発のフライトだったので前日ビーチで声をかけてきたおじさんと交渉して空港まで15万ルピアで送ってもらいました。

Amazing staff, my third stay this year. My comments are in the context of value for money. I understand this landmark hotel is headed for a complete refurbishment which is undoubtedly overdue. As it is it offers outstanding value for money. Great position!
