"Hard to find because the sign still says Four Points, foyer was dark and front desk unoccupied at 5pm. There is no Restaurant, Breakfast was horrible with everything cooked to death or empty. Even coffee urns were empty.. Hotel was clean, cheap and close to airport. Everything else needs a lot of attention"

"Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The second bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. There was a large daily charge for parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. This was...

"Floor in room felt damp, i assume because of the humidity. Remember if you use fridge in room to turn on as we assumed was on like every other hotel we’ve gone to was.. nope. Didn’t notice til in the am. Drinks were rodeo cold, and food ruined."

"All of the staff were super friendly & eager to assist you in anyway! Suggesting where to eat within walking distance after checking in late at night, making coffee, bringing out milk for coffee. Always with a smile! Rooms were clean, the provided amenities (body wash, lotion, shampoo, etc) were mounted on the wall, large quantities & great quality. "Hotel was great. The room was clean and very roomy. We were on the 8th floor and had a view of the baseball field, it was nice! The pool and splash pad are great for family/ kid fun. The area is great, make sure you wonder about the area and visit the candy shop. Will definitely be going back."

"We absolutely loved this hotel in Oklahoma City. It was a last minute book on our end and we will always look for an Embassy Suites going forward. We stayed at 2 other Hilton Hotels on our trip (not Embassy Suites) and this one was #1 for sure."
