Relaxing stay at Flamingo
Seaview rooms makes it a worthwhile stay and a beach front that’s attached to the hotel is a game changer. Near to local food offerings thus not having to go to town for meals makes for a relaxing vacation. Pool is sizeable though it's cleaning hours from 11 to 12pm was annoying but understandable due to fully clothed families using the pool thus cleaning up is necessary for other serious swimmers. Special note to reception staff who gave impeccable service, especially the hotel Duty Manager Amirul. Worth a repeat visit.

Worth a 2nd visit, certainly
Hotel has extremely helpful, friendly staff especially its reception personnel. Of worthy mention would be the Duty Manager Amirul. Room with seaview and a beachfront are invaluable assets of this hotel too.

Das erste 1. Zimmer im 3. Stock, welches wir erhalten haben, war das Türschloss defekt. Freundlicherweise erhielten wir ein neues Zimmer im 9. Stock und uns wurde ein Früchtekorb versprochen, welches wir leider nicht erhalten haben, obwohl wir die Angestellten darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Ersatzzimmer war grösser und Türschloss funktionierte, jedoch waren die Räume renovationsbedürftig. Im Wohnzimmer tropfte Wasser, die bereits reparierten Stellen sahen schrecklich aus. Diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht, Balkontür im Wohnzimmer hatte einen Spalt. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon war bereits defekt. Eine Lampe auf dem Balkon konnte nicht abgelöscht werden. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Aus einigen Wasserhhahnen spritzte Wasser heraus. Es gab Ameisenstrassen (kleine Ameisen) im Wohnzimmer und Kaffeebar, obwohl unser Zimmer sich unser auf deim 9 Stock befand. Wir haben es gemeldet. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie jemand schicken und es geschah nichts (keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung). Wir haben es nochmals gemeldet und es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Reklamation per Mail und Formular ausfüllen sollten. Das Personal zeigt sich uninteressiert. Wir haben es per Mail gemeldet. Jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Bei der Flamingo Cafe haben wir um 3 pm 1 Sandwich und 3 Bananesplitt bestellt. Es dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten bis wir nochmals reklamiert haben, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren.

Hotel was extremely dated and not kept clean at all. From ants to cigarette butts in the sink to grime and mold on the shower and hairdryer it was incredibly unpleasant. Also the spa has been closed for 2 years but the site said "spa". Breakfast buffet was inedible , room service food was terrible. There are better hotels nearby for similar prices

The property itself looks good on the outside, but inside was clearly way out dated. The rooms smells of mildew and out dated air condition. It was not cold or it was noisy. The washrooms are old and has tiny ants everywhere, and they bite. This place needs a desperate renovation. I would not recommend this property.

Den Erwartungen nicht gerecht geworden.
Zimmer ok, grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Am Pool viele Leute und laut. Leider sind die Poolbar sowie das Spa geschlossen obwohl dies in der Hotelbeschreibung beworben wird. Waren sehr enttäuscht, da wir das Hotel besonders wegen der Poolbar gewählt haben. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, eine Beach Bar. Strand schmal, teilweise schmutzig.

I like the view from my room, easy access to the beach, the pool and the location.. beautiful beach. Just some condition in the room should be maintenance and repair. Sliding cannot lock.

It was a little run-down, probably due to lack of income during Covid. But it was a very good stay. We would stay there again. Very nice staff. Excellent location. Lovely view from room.

Not bad for 2 nights stay!
Overall it was a satisfactory stay in this hotel. Mr Ragu was very helpful upon my check in. Facilities and amenities are just average satisfaction. The F&B took almost 45minutes to send my 1 Fried Rice lunch meal for room service. I believe it should be better service for the next days ahead. Luckily the hotel location is nearby with malls and convenient stores and mamak restaurants.
