Staff were excellent - always prepared to help eg with luggage storage, use of Grab app, explanation of room facilities. Special thanks to Kiet, Vinh, Hung, Tran G who provided excellent assistance in the reception area. A lot of maintenance work was taking place in the hotel surrounds but hotel staff managed to make the impact on guests as minimal as possible. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Window coverings (timber venetians) could be improved to provide improved degree of darkness, but not a major problem for us. Excellent, central location.

We stayed here when we arrived in Vietnam and then returned to the hotel for one night, after a few days away at Cat Tien. Thanks to Tri, Trinh and Dung for welcoming us back. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. One of the stools was broken, which we told the staff about, but rather than remove it from the room, it seemed to be temporarily fixed and positioned in such a way that suggested we shouldn't use it. I would say that the place could do with a bit of maintenance, to make it look a bit nicer, as it's a little tatty in some areas. Overall, it's a good location, with nice staff and our stay was pleasant enough.

We were greeted by Tam (at least, I think that's his name - apologies if I've got that wrong), and he was very nice and helpful. In fact, all of the staff that we came across during our stay were very nice. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast was good, and we also made use of the spa facilities and pool, which were great. Overall, it's a good location, with nice staff and our stay was pleasant enough.

The staff are friendly and very hepful. Always a helping hand with luggage and bags. The room was relatively small, with limited storage space but overall very nice. Hotel is well situated, near resturants and two big markets. Would recommend for singles or couples

As a family traveler, location was the key. The hotel is at the center of zone 1 and so accessible to market, tourist spots, restaurants, and spas. It is a cute and clean boutique hotel. It is as shown on the hotel website. Our connected room’s 1 room has a better size with some chair area. The other room was smaller with desk area only. The staff are all very friendly and kind. Every single one of them was greeting with smile and helping with our request whether that is lobby area, breakfast floor, swimming pool, etc. Breakfast was good; not go over to extreme but with must items. (Hot zone with omelette, phos, steamed vegetables, etc. Salad, fruit zone, and yogurt + more Vietnamese food.) The pool is not big but my 10 year old boy and I enjoyed the cozy swimming time. I highly recommend it!

This was a great find! We loved staying here. No bog standard room in this adorable hotel. We were allocated a lovely quiet room, beds are comfortable, the food is great, walkable to everything, pool was clean, quiet and a nice temperature with shaded area. The cafe out the front is lovely & so good for watching the world go by. We highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a small boutique experience with a good sized pool, great staff and a relatively quiet zone

The location was good, everything was within easy walking distance, the room was a bit of a disappointment, advertised as a double deluxe room with balcony and City view !!! I would Definitely win a case under the selling of goods and services miss description act, balcony had just enough room for two people standing side by side ! City view was the shabby looking local apartments directly across the road ! The fitness room was the size of a large storage cupboard with two pieces of equipment. How they can class it as a fitness room was big stretch of the imagination.

ME Saigon Hotel was located close to Ben Thanh markets, Beer Street, Saigon Centre and many other landmarks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay welcoming. The room was lovely with a huge bed (bigger than a standard king)! The pool was nice for the hot weather but limited seating. Breakfast included, which included everything but some hot foods weren’t kept warm enough. Overall, an excellent place to stay in a great location!

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön mit dem Natur-Konzept der Innenausstattung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch, alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Empfang und das ganze Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück isehr gut. Der Pool ganz nice für eine Erfrischung nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel nur sehr empfehlen.

Great property in a convenient location in HCMC, clean and modern. Attentive and friendly staff with mention to Anh who was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. Will return on next visit to HCMC.

The guest rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious, making my stay extremely comfortable. Access to the main sights in the city center was also very convenient, so even travelers unfamiliar with the area should find it hassle-free. Above all, every staff member greeted me warmly and was sincerely helpful, flexibly handling my requests. I was truly impressed. I would certainly choose this hotel again.

Das Hotel ist für europäische Reisende super. Man fühlt sich echt sicher, obwohl man mitten in der hektischen Stadt ist. Es dringt kaum ein Geräusch nach innen und kann auch am Wochenende gut schlafen. Man könnte bis ins Zentrum laufen und erreicht auch alles andere super zu Fuß. Meistens ist jedoch ein Taxi die bessere Wahl. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas mager. Das Gym ist sehr klein und so gut wie nicht zu gebrauchen, bei uns war es offen, obwohl es über 30° hatte, an Training war hier nicht zu denken. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher ein nettes Gimmick. Es gibt kaum Plätze mittags im Schatten und in der prallen Sonne ist es nicht auszuhalten.

Hotel was great to stay in location was fab and the rooms lovely. We had amazing staff especially Vinh the bell guy who always opened our doors and loft for us and greeted us with a smile. There was some construction the last 2 nights with ALOT of loud banging which disrupted us sleeping etc but apart from that a lovely place to stay.
