香港駅からのシャトルバスがなくなってたので注意が必要です。クイーンストリート駅という、トラムの駅が近くにあるので不便ではないです。

There's strong cooking smell in the corridor outside our room, we told the staff in the reception but there's no improvement. There was dust under the bed and around the border of the head board through out our stay. The reception acted defensively on our complaints rather than listened to us to get a resolution. The 'kettle' in the room worked intermittently while there's no supply of bottled water. Condition of the room was poor in that corner of the shower room was broken & looked mouldy, curtains in the bedroom was filthy & mouldy in places. Side table on one bed bad been ribbed off hence no place to put essentials like mobile handset etc I had always liked Ibis but this stay put me off booking this hotel again.

The team has investigated the case and despite the absence of cooking as the source of the smell, it was unfortunate that you still experienced an unpleasant odor in the corridor. Our Housekeeping Manager does ongoing checks and inspections of the rooms to ensure our cleanliness standards, however I am sorry if you were let down on this occasion.Regarding the malfunctioned kettle, please do not hesitate to contact our staff for assistance or to change it for you during your stay. To comply with upcoming government regulations and as part of Accor’s sustainability commitment, please understand that amenities such as bottles of water, shower caps, sanitary bags, etc. are no longer placed in rooms, however we are pleased to offer additional amenities at your request. You are also suggested to refill your bottles at the water dispenser located on 5/F so as to reduce the use of single-use plastics.Taking this opportunity, we wish to also share with you that there are ongoing repair works in all our rooms to ensure that our standards are met. May I share with you that we do have a renovated room from August last year for our guests to consider. Namely “MyRoom by Jennifer: My Residence / Queen Room”, the 17 sqm cozy room features a tasteful blend of soothing colors and soft lighting. The well-equipped amenities include USB charging ports, a window-side table, large storage space and more will make you feel right at home. アートバーゼル香港で4泊しました。設備は清潔、機能的で安心してられました。18階でしたが大変静かでした。ガゴシアン、ツビルナー等にも徒歩でいけます。次も泊まりたい。

交通方便,在機場坐A11在港澳碼頭下車,越過對面沿著電車路直走幾分鐘,跟著電車轉彎,看到Starbucks 就到了。離開時在剛剛轉彎位置旁你就有A11坐回機場,十分十分方便

I requested for Marine view and I was not given that room. It was an older bldg , not as I expected. Staff is ok though I will go with different hotel if I go back to Hongkong.

방이 쬐꼼 쫍다고해서 염려했는데, 그동네 밀찝또를 감안하면 저럭그럭했습니다. 씨슬적만 인내하면 이렁저렁. .패밀리 룸이라 바다뷰도 있고 직원들 친절하고. 1층 식당 및 인근 편의점 이용도 좋았습니다. 선착장과 센트럴도 가까워서 도보로 다녔네요. 가성비 조으네요.

The main issue with this hotel is the lack of storage space in the bedrooms and we are unlikely to use this hotel again. The storage is only suitable for stays of a couple of nights but we had booked in for 8 nights which meant that most of our things had to be left in luggage. Also the room safe is much too high and shorter people would find it hard to use without standing on a chair.

MTRの駅からはちょっとだけ歩きますが、設備やスタッフ対応は良かったです。大通りに面していますが、ホテルの中は静かで過ごしやすかったです。香港駅や、空港行きバス停が徒歩圏内ですので空港へのアクセス良好です。これといった欠点がなかったので、次回も利用を検討したいです。

The location was both excellent for its walkability. We were able to walk to central as well as the ferry terminal in less than 20 minutes. There were lots of great restaurants around the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious
