I booked a junior suite with a direct harbor view on the 14th floor. The room was very cozy with good layout. I was able to work with the provided desk comfortably. Junior suite comes with the crown club lounge access, which proved to be a great value. The lounge staff were professional and super friendly. They knew my name after the first day and made me feel very welcomed. Teresa, Winky, Sharon, Morrice all showed great hospitality. I was able to put some work while I stayed in the lounge. The location is superb. Very close to the harbor attractions and the MTR station. There are many facilities provided by the hotel such as spa and swimming pool. I didn't have time to use either this time but the outdoor pool area looked so great and classic. I would highly recommend this property, especially the rooms with the club lounge access. The staff there truly made this stay a wonderful experience.

Everyone was lovely and polite the couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was in a great location and you can go to the restaurants along the water in 30 seconds, there’s a 7-11 and Starbucks and McDonald’s all within 3 minutes. The amount of different types of restaurants around the hotel is incredible and every thing is on your doorstep. Would highly recommend. I paid extra for the harbour view which was nice to look out to in the evening and morning so would recommend that. Even when we left the room late we would still come back to made bed and tidy place and room service was great as well. Highly recommend

Whilst the hotel is feeling a little dated, staff were all very helpful. Good choice at the buffet breakfast. Close to exit P2 of the MTR and easy to walk along the waterfront towards the Star Ferry terminal.

Firstly, the customer service was unprofessional. Requested front desk to help me call a taxi and they rudely said the place you’re going they won’t take you. Secondly, the towels were dirty - it looks like someone had dyed their hair and the hotel didn’t change it or didn’t wash it well. Thirdly, the room does not look like in the photos, I feel scammed.

以前香港に30年住んでいた事もあ日本帰国後、度々 現地に行くとRoyal Gardenに泊まります。今回も セミスイートにアップグレードして頂き、朝食は 現地でお願いしたのですが$250を$175にして頂きました。今は四つ星クラスと思いますが全ての面で気持ち良くステイ出来るホテルです。

They offer the best seafood buffet I had seen yet. Beautiful environment with live music. For hotel guest, they offer discount dinner which becomes very readsonable price.

Magnificent hotel - great friendly staff. A little dated in places but very clean, well maintained and homely. Stayed in a junior suite - large room, partial bay view and very comfortable. Nono in room for tea coffee. Exec lounge a didn’t really use but basic drinks available daytime and canapés afternoon tea available . Would stay again.

Convenience is the key at Royal Garden Hotel. Situated in a prime location with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a nearby metro station, this hotel offers a fantastic base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing. The highlight was the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, where we enjoyed a refreshing dip and relaxation, even in a cooler weather. The hotel staff was outstanding, providing courteous and helpful service throughout the stay. With its cleanliness, reasonable price, and excellent location, Royal Garden Hotel should be your top choice if next time you’re in Hong Kong.

The place was in great condition. Beautiful. 5 mins from shops and malls. It’s a shame we were greeted by some rude staffs. Didn’t check our booking number when we gave them our phones with confirmation and only gave us one room despite the fact we paid for 2. When we mentioned that we booked 2 rooms, staff got annoyed at us and asked for our passports again with a rude tone. We were handed key cards to the rooms but the wifi didn’t work. Went to ask the front desk for help and the staff rudely said “It’s your last name and room number.” I showed him for my room that it didn’t work (note that my companion’s room wifi didn’t work with mine or his last name), got yelled at “No it’s the surname that’s starts with S.” I had to apologise for using my SURNAME for MY ROOM that THEY handed to me. Then the same guy questioned me “Can you understand me or not?” So I was ridiculed for not understanding broken English as well. I unfortunately will not be going back to this hotel after this first day experience. Though, it’s a great location, nice views and nice big beds, I wouldn’t wanna be treated like this after a 9hrs flight. Though, I loved the cleaning ladies, they were excellent, polite and treated us very nice.

The hotel and room in general are nice. Nice facilities to use as well that reflects the 5 stars. However, I believe service is as important as the room. The people at the desk wouldn't even say good morning (only after I did), barely a hello or even a nod from other employees. Not once, but almost every morning. I think that that really is something to improve on. Service with a smile. It didn't bother me that much, but it would have made the experience much better if they did. Props to the cleaning lady who's very friendly and the manager for taking care of the room change.

the hotel is in a very prime location of Kowloon. it is closed to the MTR. the only inconvinence it the lift which you have to change 3 times to get into the lobby if you live in higher floor.

Sky Room 新淨，高樓底，房間大，床舒適好睡，尤其喜歡浴室。Lounge 工作人員專業友善，尤其是經理Morris & Nora，令人十分開心滿意。 只是其中有個地方可以改善，12F的接待人員對我們10時已經check in行李好像不大高興，但我們早上6時已到港，怎辦？不過當我們3點在G/F真正check in及拿行李時卻完全不同，G/F的接待人員有禮友善。 下次仍會選擇住帝苑，不過會切記不要搭早機到港，或者在G/F check in
