Cukup menyenangkan apa lg klo dr pihak aston sndri memiliki akses utk keluar masuk ancol secara free.. saya awalnya memilih menginap diaston krna saya kira lokasi astn berada didlm ancol tp ternyata diluae ancol.. Jd saran saya adakan akses khusus / minimal free utk keluar masuk ancol jika kt stay di hotel aston.. terima kasih

Sarapannya kurang memuaskan dari ketersediaan makanan dengan kondisi peak. Kolam renang kecil tidak sesuai dengan iklan, dan sangat kotor. Kecepatan resepsionis dalam melayani proses cheqout sangat lama sekali, hampir memakan waktu 40menit disaat mengurus cheqout 3 kamar dengan refund deposit memakai kartu kredit.

Check in harus antri lama. Staff pelayanannnya buruk. Sewaktu check in, saya diinformasikan bahwa kamar yg saya booking ada bathtub nya, ternyata tidak ada. Saya telp ke reception, katanya akan dicek dan dikabarin kembali, namun tidak ada kabar sama sekali. Mau breakfast di restonya juga antri dan waktu check in tidak diberikan receipt.

Selama ini saya belum pernah melihat dan mengalami breakfast harus antri panjang dan hrs daftar no room nya dulu. Sebenarnya pihak hotel dapat mensiasati sehari sblmnya dgn melihat jlh penghuni dan kapasitas cafe seharusnya diatur agar bbrp lantai ditentukan jam/jadwal sarapan nya. Misalnya room di lantai 5-10 jadwal sarapan jam 06.00-06.00. Demikian seterusnya,sehingga tdk sampai antri panjang..

Saat pertama chek in, di reception antriiii panjang, makan waktu lebih dari 30 menit, kemudian kamar yg kami pesan (standar tdk ada)padahal kami sudah bayar by hotel.com, lalu oleh receptionist kamar kami di upgrade jadi Deluxe, mereka mengatakan kamar Deluxe sudah siap untuk 3 kamar yg kami pesan, nyatanya saat kami ke kamar tsb, ke tiga kmr itu, semua berantakan belum dibersihkan, belum dirapikan sama sekali, sehingga kami harus menuggu lagi 1 jam utk bisa menempati kmr tsb..sungguh mengecewakan.......

Lokasi yang bagus
Lokasi yang sangat strategis, dekat dengan Ancol dan Mangga Dua. Layanan Kamar dan Restoran dengan hidangan yang lezat. Kamar yang relatif bersih dan nyaman bila tidak ada terlihat serangga (sejenis kecoa kecil dan semut) yang bebas bermain-main di ruamgan. Hanya sayangnya pada saat check-in makan waktu jauh lebih lama daripada umumnya dan juga jalan di depan hotel yang macet parah di saat waktu-waktu check-out. Perlu dipikirkan alternatif jalan keluar pada saat jalan di depan hotel macet.

Di awal saya Sangat berharap banyak dengan layanan hotel ini, tapi nyatanya pada saat cek in saya sudah dikecewakan dgn layanan tepat waktu untuk cek in. Sesuai janji jam 14.00 hrsnya kamar sdh ready, nyatanya kami masih Menunggu 30menit lagi. Hal Lain yg Sangat ceroboh adalah men-charge pmbayaran hotel 2x. Padahal saya sudah membayar lewat hotel.com by credit card. Begitu Sampai di sana masih diminta lagi penbayaran. Untung saya menanyakan lg, dan akhirnya pembayaran yg terakhir sdh divoid. Wah2.. Layanan CS-nya krg professional ! Tidak sesuai dengan peringkat Hotelnya.

The lobby and staff were amazing at Grand Dafam. Every morning Leila was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. Our first room had mold in it but after addressing our concerns with hotel manager Joco, we were upgraded to an executive suite. Joco provided great customer service. Overall the staff and breakfast made our stay at this hotel wonderful.

Not so good.
Probably just renovating or not. But the hotel was not like how described. We found a bowl of noodles in the fridge from a previous customer. The pool was dark and dirty looking. The road near by was noisy day and night.

Would love to come back !
I booked a superior non-smoking room for just one night but they said none is available at that moment. But the receptionist then kindly free upgraded our room to deluxe one. Thank you ! Nice and cozy room. But the lift is a little bit creepy it made a sound like it needs a better maintenance or something while going up from 5-10 floor.

The location is good . The maintenance side of the room needs to be looked at. The hand basin taps are about to fall of. A bit more fresh air flow would be good.

アンチョールで遊ぶ方、港を使う方には推奨
所謂中心地からも、最寄り駅からも徒歩30分弱離れ、且つ周囲に食事や買い物等を楽しめる所はないが、プロウスリブへ行くには港が近いので便利。部屋もプールも拡く快適。ホテルの方々も大変親切。

価格相応です。
部屋の設備は古いですが、空港からも近く、ビジネス利用であれば問題は感じません。苦痛に感じたのは、エレベーターが半分しか稼働しておらず待たされることと、カードキー方式のエレベーターですが、非常に感度が悪いことでした。スタッフ対応は非常に良く、朝食も平均以上だと思います。

Food was fantastic very good choices, great buffet cant go any further. What l didn't like was not enough staffing on Sundays, Buffet food ran out, plates in several section ran out. . I had to clear my own table to sit , Restaurant Manager could hardly be seen. These issues could easily be fied but l had no problems regarding this ,the Management should take as a positive feedback and not negative.

Nice hotel to bring family or working teams with. I came here with two of my colleagues for a business trip to Jakarta, and guess they all liked it. But do not expect hotel-level hygiene, it is an apartment with kitchen, felt as if sleeping in college dormitory. Staffs were very nice, I like the food too. If any foreigner with family, this is a right place to stay where you can cook at the room's kitchen, has heat-stove and some plates, but must bring your kits..(pans, etc.). By the way...the TV was awful, bad resolution, feel like living in 60s.
