Sisa sisa kejayaan hotel bintang 5 masa lalu.
Menginap nyaman di hotel dengan lokasi strategis pusat kota jakarta. Hotel dengan bintang lima (*****) namun kondisi atau suasana hotel nya sudah terlihat jadul (old fashion). Suasan kamar dengan karpet yg sudah mulai lapuk dan warna lemari coklat yang membosankan. Warna tampilan hotel dari area receptionist sd kamar di dominasi warna coklat yg sdh terlihat kusam. Breakfast kurang lengkap di bandingkan hotel sejenis "Le Meridien" bintang 4 yg meskipun di bawah JW Marriott. Namun serasa nyaman saja.

Hotel lama
Hotel lama yang tingkat keamanannya sangat tinggi, untuk breakfast dibawah rata rata hotel berbintang 5, satu yang mengobati kekecewaan saya adalah lokasi hotel yang sangat strategis terletak di segitiga emas Jakarta sehingga sangat praktis untuk urusan bisnis dan shopping. Ditambah lagi kekecewaan saya terhadap Hotel.com yang hanya menyediakan breakfast 1 orang tanpa ada informasi di term and contition pemesanan saya, satu kata untuk Hotel.com, PARAH !

Secara keselurahan semua nya sangat nyaman.. terlebih saya booking untuk GVN suite jadi ada akses ke lounge.. mungkin yang perlu di perbaiki adalah pembuangan air di shower nya mampet,jadi saya harus buka pembuangan nya..

From walking out of the airport, to have a car and service pick me up, to the hotel itself, to the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff, this hotel made me feel special. Would highly recomend staying here. Real 5*

スタッフの方は優しいですが...
スタッフの方は親切です。入室後しばらくしてフロントの方から「問題ありませんか?」電話がかかってきます。部屋の空調はコントロールできますが寒め。部屋にボックスティッシュがないのが不便。予備のトイレットペーパーを代用しました。ホテル内のレストランは満足というレベルではない。日本のホテルの方がよっぽどおいしい。朝食の際できたてのトロトロオムレツがなくて調理後相当時間がたっていたオムレツを出されたので食べなかった。レストランのレベルアップを期待したい。

Their services were really good.
Actually original booked room was not ready, so we were waiting in the temporary room for 3 hours. However, I was very satisfied that my room was upgraded later. And their services were really good.

Morning Buffet dining
The hotel was prepared a family floor as a countermeasure against corona infection. However, the room was so dark and there was no luxurious atmosphere for the dining of a five-star hotel. It was very disappointing. Also, there were a few kinds of food and drinks, not fresh ingredients, and the taste was not good. I feel that I wasted my breakfast fee.

先ずはチェックインに時間がかかりかなり待たされた。 カードキーが上手く機能せず、エレベーターも使えないし部屋にも入れなかったのでスタッフに対応してもらった。とても残念。部屋は問題なかったが、カップルで予約しているのでペットボトルのお水は4本は欲しい(2本しかなかった)のとバスローブも最初から2着用意して欲しい。

it was a great stay for a couple of my last days in Jakarta. it practices its own ways to maintain the cleanness and to contain the virus. but I felt a bit upset with some guests in a group over the breakfast. please ask that all of guests follow the protocol strictly in the Hotel.
