The room is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small. The shower head is fitted right in front of the door and there is no space for a curtain to separate the toilet bowl from the shower. The sink is also small.

From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.

Wonder Time
I returned Paragonbiz Hotel on 25 March 2018. It was an wonderful time I had as I met Ms Gita, beautiful young staff, again. Ms Gita shared her sincere concern for my mother. My mother had been hospitalized more than 8 weeks. I truly appreciated her kind caring. Ms Gita still gave me her charming smile... I am giving my thank you to her. Despite my short stay in this hotel, nevertheless to mention, Paragonbiz Hotel always maintain a high level of room cleanliness with good functionality of facilities. In the restaurant, ground floor, there dinning environment was perfect with many young waiters and waitresses servicing professionally... especially Ms Vina. Paragonbiz Hotel is a place I would always return.

Smiling and caring faces
I stayed in Paragonbiz Hotel, 19 June to 21 June, with great satisfaction. Besides the clean room and clean facilities, the staffs' services is awesome. Gita, the hotel young lady receptionist, impressed me. She speaks English well. She services every hotel guests with her loving smile. She resolved all my matters professionally including the big plastic bag she gave me. I used that big plastic bag to contain all (last minutes) items conveniently.... it is Fantastic! Gita's working attitude and sincere caring are laudable. Good job...keep it up, Gita.

Price and location is good , but the room is tight and a little smelly ,and towel was dirty. I will never come back to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay
We stayed here on a one night stop over on the way from the UK to Aus. We just wanted a relaxed time where it was easy to sleep and swim with our eighteen month old. We enjoyed our time, all the staff were friendly, the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. We were upgraded to the executive room and it had space and a view. There wasn't a fridge but we didn't need one and we were happy for the value for money. The taxi took 40 mins to and from the airport.

Contrairement à l'aspect plutôt flatteur des photos affichés sur le site, l' hôtel semble vieux avec un sentiment de saleté. Le trajet en taxi semble très long et la famille a eu l'impression qu'il y a plus que les 30 kms annoncés. L'hôtel est très bruyant, avec énormément de clients qui hurlent ds les couloirs. La couleur jaunâtre de l'eau de la piscine ne motive pas pour un bain que l'on espérait .... d'ailleurs, des clients de l'hôtel se baignaient tout habillés.Pt déjeuner peu engageant, la famille n'a quasiment rien mangé. MAUVAISE ADRESSE .... à ne pas recommander ....

Feels like home..
We are staying for one night and it was lovely to stay at this hotel. The kids love the pool. Breakfast is quite good, but not too special. Staffs were nice and very helpfull. Check in is quick. We will recommend this hotel to our friends for sure. Keep it up, Paragonbiz Hotel!
