Membingungkan tetapi juga menyenangkan.
Lokasi hotel yang menjadi satu dengan Mall membuat kami agak sulit menemukan reception desk. Ketika bertanya untuk parkir ditunjukan parkir utk Mall, lalu disarankan menuju lantai G yang merupakan bagian Mall. Setelah bertanya berkali2, akhirnya kami harus keluar Mall dan berjalan menyusuri mall. Yang membuat kesal kami harus naik tangga, salah seorang teman kami kakinya sedang sakit sehingga agak sulit berjalan dan naik tangga. Resepsionis dan staf ramah, pelayanannya cepat. Secara keseluruhan baik dan kami ingin menginap disini lagi kapan2.

Just okay. Not really a 5 stars
Staffs are lovely. Parking area non dedicated to stay over guests, had to find available space far from hotel lobby (had to move the car to near lift after mall closed at night) Bed and pillows are bad (really bad) hurt my back and neck (my wife's too) Cleanliness are acceptable, not convenient though. No bar soap, no extra towel in the kitchen, outdated furniture. Decent TVs Staffs are great

Very Convenient/Great Staff
The apartments are a bit dated, but had everything needed. The location was very convenient for food shopping, restaurants and MRT and taxi transit. The front desk was very helpful at addressing any issues and supplying extra kitchen equipment (thank you Naomi!).

Good but not really on Ritz Carlton High Level!
The apartment was comfortable and with a good setup. The water dispenser was making too much noise and we had to disconnect it from the plug. The bathrooms were not totally clean, and we found hairs from the previous resident. The slippers supplied were used by the previous resident, and although this was a two bedroom apartment for 4 persons only 2 used set of slippers supplied. The standard was not the same (was lower) than the Ritz Carton Hotels in London and Berlin where I often stay. The button for the floor in one elevator was not working. The mattress of the bed was of average to low quality. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to talk about.

Very poor service for a RC brand. I’ve stayed at much lower class hotels in Jakarta which had 5 star service. It’s probably due to the fact that these workers are paid a few bucks a day to deliver their souls to upper class snoots. Marriott needs to address this concern to this particular property. Overall the rooms were huge, properly stocked with the basic essentials and a very efficient cooling system. The location is attached to the mall in which you can buy a Lamborghini and have cheap food at the food court. The karaoke bar called D’something is pretty nice too. 2.5idr for 2 hours in a deluxe room.

Fabulous birthday surprise while on a work trip
Not only was my stay amazing, but the staff descretely discovered (on my passport) that it was my birthday the second night of my stay and surprised me with a birthday cake and song at my room. Was so nice of them.
