Respon tidak bermutu dari 2 oknum Asia Resto
Sy mau ungkapkan kekecewaan sy thd 2 oknum staf wanita di Asia Resto yg bertugas di front office Resto. Ini terjadi kmrn 25 des 2019 sekitar jam 18.15. Saat sy dan mami sy hendak dinner di Asia Resto. Mnrt kedua oknum tsb (salah satunya bernama Isna) bhw : 1. Belum ada reservasi atas nama sy 2. Dinner malam tsb tidak termasuk dlm paket hotel yg sdh sy beli 3. Tidak ada informasi apapun dari front office/loyalty team. 4. Sy akan dikenakan charge utk dinner tsb 5. Saat sy meminta 2 oknum tsb utk kroscek dgn front office, sy dan mami sy diminta duduk menunggu di resto. Namun bbrp saat sy tanyakan lg, ternyata mrk tdk berbuat apapun. Smp dgn sy mengajak oknum bernama Isna utk bersama2 ke front office. Setelah dicek di komputer, teryata front office (Firdaus) menyatakan BENAR bhw BREAKFAST & DINNER SUDAH TERMASUK PAKET HOTEL YG SY BELI. Krn memang saat check in, sy dijelaskan semua fasilitas yg sy dptkan. Yg anehnya (mgk utk menutup malu, oknum bernama Isna berkilah bhw dinnernya bukan utk tgl 25 malam.... aneh bukan? Sementara sy hanya menginap 1 malam.... Sy menegaskan kembali di hadapan Isna dan Firdaus, yg pasti sy dptkan Dinner 25 des 2019 malam dan Breakfast 26 Des 2019 pagi. Akhirnya, dgn ekspresi malu dsbnya, Isna mengiyakan sambil beralasan bhw ini terjadi miskomunikasi, krn tidak adanya informasi yg didapat petugas Asia Resto dari front office. Bagaimana mgk ya??? Bukankah sdh komputerisasi n informasi online... hotel sekelas Ritz Carlton gitu lho....

Saya sangat puas dengan hotel di ritz carlton kuningan.Tapi yang saya kecewa dengan expedia yang merasa tertipu dengan harganya. Saya di berikan email harga murah hanya 3 hari begitu saya booking ternyata harganya turun, dan pas saya chek in ke hotel harga di hotel tercantum harga yang murah dan saya d tagih yang mahal, benar benar merasa tertipu dengan harga di expedia

Secara keseluruhan sangat menyenangkan dan nyaman.. kamar sangat spacious dan view bagus, tapi yang kurang cuman kolam renangnya. Airnya kurang jernih. Mgkn krn saat itu baru selesai hujan lebat. Lobby hotel kurang mewah karena mgkn berdekatan dengan perkantoran. Tapi pelayanan sangat bagus dan kamar juga sangat bagus.

kamar agak berbau rokok dan kurang segar baunya, kami meminta 2king size bed tapi mendapat 1 king size bed, padahal kami memutuskan menginap di hotel ini karena pilihan 2 king size bed di hotels.com tidak mendapat welcome drink lokasi tidak bisa ditempuh dengan kendaraan umum kecuali taxi pengamanan super ketatm kasihan anjing k9 nya harus menghirup asap knalpot mobil2 yang diperiksa.

kamar besar dan nyaman. tapi harus hati-hati di antara perbatasan karpet kamar dan kamar mandi. terdapat banyak paku paku kecil yang membuat kaki saya berdarah karena menginjaknya.

The checked in and out was a bit slow. We arried 5 minutes before 3pm, yet the room was not ready until 3:45pm!! This was not a five star quality service!

概ね良かった
部屋は大きくて清潔できれい。立地も多分最高。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーで素晴らしい。 難を言うとアメニティが貧相。前の客が箱を開けた様な状態で置いてある。後は送迎タクシーは有料で相場よりかなり高い!から自分で流しのタクシー利用を勧めます。

A magical honeymoon at the Ritz-Carlton!
My spouse and I traveled through Indonesia for three weeks to celebrate our honeymoon. During these three weeks we slept in different types of accommodations ranging from very basic to somewhat luxurious. For our final stop before flying back to Europe we wanted to stay in something nice to recharge. So we booked the Continental Room at the Ritz-Carlton during our final stop in Jakarta. We were already super excited to stay in this hotel, because my partner and I haven’t stayed in an hotel this luxurieus before. When we arrived we found out that they upgraded us, as a honeymoon present, to the Presidential suite. This room was unlike anything we have seen before; 400m3 of floor space, high ceilings, a private jacuzzi and two sitting areas. We never considered ourselves lucky, but at that moment we felt very lucky and fortunate. However the thing that made our stay truly memorable were the amazing people and staff we met. Everyone was so cheerfull, kind and warm. We met so many great people but we wanted to call out a few. Elvan, from reception, who showed us the suite, took nice photo’s for us and was such a kind soul. Ratu, from Restaurant Asia, who took the time to talk to us, to surprise us with small gifts and made us very comfortable when we were dining there. Dewri, from the Club Lounge, who made the best cocktails for us and showed true hospitality. Riske, also from the Club Lounge, who was just very hospitable, prepared a romantic dinner for us and made sure we didn

The hotel is not quite new but still well maintained. Breakfast is OK but room to improve in terms of choice of selections.

When I searched for hotels that provided transportation to and from the airport on Expedia, this hotel was listed at the top. I booked it solely for that reason to make travel easier. However, they made us pay for transportation to and from the airport which was over $80. How ridiculous as the hotel was quite expensive to begin with. I am very frustrated and will never book with this hotel again.

Great stay, good location!
Very nice hotell at a great location close to center of Jakarta. The service from staff is excellent and they are extremely helpful and polite. I stayed 4 nights with access to Club Lounge, all meals included. It was ok but not so much to choose from on the menu. Sometimes they did not even have a local Bintang left. One time they ran out of chicken and after talking to 3 people and 20 min later they managed to give me a sandwich. Room was nice and clean. Bed fantastic. Had some trouble setting temperature in the shower so sometimes it was too hot. On floor 5 they had the pool which was surprisingly the same depth all the way. Gym was good and they had a jogging track around the hotell building which was really nice. Food and drinks in the lobby cafe was over priced. All and all I might consider to come back.

The hotel is good in good location, the problem is they put info in the lobby for brunch start at 10.30 but we we cam to have a brunch restaurant say that brunch start in 11.30 :( we were hungry and have to wait because of that :(
