This is not a hotel. Is a apt building and turn on to a hotel. I dont why a recognize brand hotel will do this type of agreement. No valet and room service is from third party.

Overhead shower is not useful and the water pressure was not enough. House keeping was not enough Bed making was done and trash was disposed. Cups and spoons were not changed, tables were not wiped, bathroom floor was mopped, new towels were not provided unless I requested. Room was spacious and cozy. Bed was big enough. 頭の上から降ってくるタイプのシャワーは使いづらかった。水圧も低く体を洗い流すのが少し大変。 ハウスキーピングについては、ベッドメイキングはされゴミは捨てられていたが、十分ではなかった。使ったコップはそのままで、テーブルは汚れたまま、タオルも交換されていなかった。ホテルのアプリからリクエストをしたりテーブルにリクエストを書いたメモを置いておけば希望通りにハウスキーピングしてもらえた。 部屋は広く快適であった。冷蔵庫も十分な大きさだったがトレイに変な水が溜まっていた。部屋からレゴランドが見え立地は良かったが、外食は難しいのでグラブフードを利用すると便利である。チェックインチェックアウトもスムーズだった。朝ごはんの選択肢は限られており好きなものは見つからなかった。フルーツやお米も少なかった。

My family is quite satisfied with the stay at this hotel, to us cleanness is good and food as well. The minimart right next to the property is really a plus point, however the main reason we choose this hotel is very near to LEGOLAND with free shuttle bus provided. We will give 8 or maybe 9 out of 10 to our 3D2N stay here!

Family holiday to Legoland
The hotel was close to Legoland and very convenient for the family. Buffet breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable but has some maintenance issues with loose switches which kept falling off exposing the inner parts.

Nice tucked in area very close to legoland. Sound proofing is so bad. During the night there is a lot of racing taking place in that area during the mid night. So it was very noisy. Hotel can sound proof the rooms for guests to have peaceful night.

Nice swimming pool. Nice hotel room for 5pax. Just a bit dusty. Check in n check out fast. Breakfast not as expected maybe because is Raya holiday. Lack of staff. Overall is a great place. Can come agaon jext time.

I booked this hotel as we were planning a family trip to LEGOLand for our young kids, and this was the only 4-star hotel in the vicinity. However the hotel felt like it was originally built to be a condominium which was later rebranded as a hotel, and we found that the streets were noisy with racing motorcycles late into the night affecting our sleep even though we were on a high floor. The hotel was supposed to have 3 restaurants but 2 of them appeared permanently closed, and there was a severe lack of amenities in the area. Next time, I'd much rather book a proper hotel in JB city center and drive 25 minutes to LEGOLand than book this one.

Can be better.
The receptionist and cafe staff were reallg friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed as we left for Legoland at 10am and set the sign to make up room. When we got back 1030pm. The room was not made up. When we called front desk, no one picked up. When we informed them, they only came up to clear the trash from the day before. We had to go buy our own toiletries and toilet paper so that my family can wash up.

This is ok for a short stay. The tables in the rooms have white water stains on them, it is unsightly and gives the room a dirty feel. The walls are dirty. The AC did not work very well. Breakfast was subpar and the food was cold. Do no expect too much from your stay.

Less than satisfactory
Water heater in the common bathroom was not working and the drainage system in the remaining bathroom took a long time for water to drain off. Housekeeping did not turn up to clean our apartment during our 3D2N stay. Other than a spacious layout, decent wifi and free parking, I wont recommend it.

We had booked 2 rooms with for 2 adult and 1 child each and fully paid on Expedia however we were told that for child bed we had to pay extra and even Expedia agent also couldn’t help One of the room had bathroom water clogging problem which was promptly resolved but the garbage was left in the bathroom itself which was very unprofessional The size of the room was good Breakfast options weren’t very many - we were vegetarian - the chef prepared noodles but it was in the same oil used for non veg as a result we couldn’t eat The front desk also didn’t not at first readily agree to keep our luggage after the checkout till the eve stating they are busy - holding luggage is something every hotel offers

Moldy curtains
The place and amenities is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The curtains are so full of mold, you can literally smell the bad air in the rooms. It would have been perfect if the curtains could have been washed. It is disgusting to see those patches and being in the same living space.

Generally good place for a short stay
Near to legoland, plenty of free onsite parking. 24/7 front desk. Buffet breakfast was ok. Room itself could be cleaner, but otherwise ok for the price paid.
