"Average food, average restaurants! Only stake house is alright but for 8 days was only able to dine one time! After 10pm there is no food absolutely only drinks, no room service and 2 smoking areas to far out from each other with out sunshade."

"Really good resort and vacation. The property is beautiful with a prime location in Cancun on the beach. Everything is exceptionally clean throughout the resort and the staff is very accommodating. The food at the restaurants for dinner is very good but disappointed that only beer/wine was available at dinner. Kind of strange for an all-inclusive to not have cocktails available to order. The food options down near the pools in the day was also extremely limited. We paid for the Elite Club which was nice as it had a separate pool, private cabanas and access to premium liquors. It was worth it for us but might not be for everyone. Overall, enjoyable trip and would recommend."

"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

"We’re one and done. We stayed at Temptation Cancun for 4 nights and expected much more considering we paid about a lot per night. We booked a Trendy Garden View room, and it was small, outdated, and in a building without an elevator. There was nothing special about it, especially for the price. My husband and I are in our early 30s, and we didn’t enjoy the pool or night parties. The crowd was not what we expected, and most guests were much older. If you’re looking for a younger, high-energy atmosphere, this may not be the place for you. The food was okay but nothing memorable. Sea Flirt was the only restaurant we truly enjoyed. The staff, however, were excellent. The waiters, bartenders, bellmen, and cooks were all friendly and provided great service. The biggest issue was the VIP/Premier membership presentation. They tell you it’s only 30 minutes, but ours lasted nearly 3 hours. They seem to identify first-time guests by their wristband color and actively target them for these sales pitches. Once you’re in their office, the pressure starts. They make a lot of promises and try hard to convince you to purchase a membership package that is really expensive. After reviewing the details and speaking with a lawyer friend, we found many loopholes and conditions that were not clearly explained. The sales team was extremely persistent and would not take no for an answer. Be careful and don’t let them waste your vacation time. Just enjoy the resort and pool."
