The stuff should be more professional

They didn’t come when I need them. Not even in cleaning purposes. Before check in they said no worries we will clean everyday. But when I paid rent they didn’t come in proper time. All time lame excuse

We appreciate our guests review and do hope to serve better each successive time. However, we will like to clarify that we do not do every day cleaning and never did we agree to such with you. We do provide cleaning agents for kitchen utensils for guests use and at request, our staff will only handle cleaning the apartment/room booked, changing bedding, towels, toiletries etc. We hope to serve better subsequently.

A bad hotel.

I didn't even manage to redeem my stay after full payment was made! Even though I realised there was no reception counter and I had to contact the agent, I did somehow make a call to confirm my booking details and my arriving time a day before the stay. What happened was that nobody came to pick me up to bring me to my hotel and I just wasted my money on this hotel. One more thing, their customer service centre was just abominable. It was close when I wanted to make some queries but I saw the staff sitting inside the office playing games. What a big big disappointment.

We appreciate your feedback and do hope to do better in serving our guests. There are a few issues we will like to clarify. Firstly, by our detailed policy stated, we do not have a front desk nor receptionist therein to welcome our guests but we do have a team of assistants put in place to communicate, direct and guide our guests until a proper check in done. Secondly, our management office is located in the first section of our serviced apartments, the Life's Luxurious Homes and from record, your check in was at the second section - the Life's Luxurious Havens. Thus, you may have mistaken another office and someone else playing games as our customer service assistant. Guests checking in at Life's Luxurious Havens have no access to our office, which is about 10 minutes drive away. We sincerely will remedy any inconveniences you or other guests may have experienced, promising to serve all of your at our best. Thanks.
