While you appreciated the lovely and lush grounds, it's unfortunate that the upgrade to the Lumbung room had some drawbacks. The proximity of your room to the shallow part of the pool resulted in constant noise from children starting early in the morning, which made it less enjoyable to spend time in the room or around the pool. Additionally, the presence of a conference during your stay meant that dinner and entertainment took place around the pool, further adding to the noise and lack of relief. It's regrettable that mosquitoes were a constant issue in your room, despite keeping the doors closed. This must have made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep. While the breakfast was acceptable, it didn't meet your expectations of being amazing. Thank you for sharing these aspects of your experience, as it's important for the resort to be aware of these areas for improvement.
