Great 5 star hotel at Kuta beach.
Great new hotel with excellent facilities at convenient location. My favorite is the lounge overlooking the gorgeous scenery of Kuta beach. Fascinating! If anything I complain about is the food for breakfast. Not many selection and it's not something you'll miss. But you're at Kuta anyway, got plenty places outside with better food.

All the staff were so friendly and amazing to us, it really made our trip so enjoyable! The food selection was amazing and there was so much variety. Bene had the most delicious Italian food The spa had a variety of treatments and each treatment I had was fantastic.

Honestly the property needs a renovation. I was very disappointed by the level of cleanliness and the room. We paid for a full ocean view room and we were initially given a partial. We had to explain to the staff the different room types that are described on Expedia and that we paid extra money for full ocean view. After a room change, the linen was old and the pillows had small stains. The shower floor had mould and the level of cleanliness was very poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 건물에 이어진 쇼핑몰 이용도 만족스럽습니다. 다만 방에서 전체적으로 계속 화장실 냄새가 납니다. 물이 더러워 샤워기 필터를 이용해야 한다는 점은 꾸따 전반이 비슷할것 같네요.

Amazing friendly staff, every one was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was so extensive, i think you will have to be an alien to not like something there. Every morning was slightly different. The serving staff was exceptional, i think i only remember one name i think she is Sri/Siti in the restaurant? The hotel is next to a shopping mall which is so convenient, but the surrounding streets are more chaotic and noisy

Fantastic place to stay, the buffet breakfast was great, staff were wonderful, they went above and beyond. Close to the shopping mall. Kids pool is very basic but they still had fun.

1. 위치: 공항에서 가깝고 도보1분거리에 쾌적한 음식점, 카페, 편의점이 많아 걸어다니면서 둘러보기 좋았어요. 2. 조식: 조식포함으로 예약했고 셰프전용 메뉴를 추가비용없이 제공합니다. 셰프전용 메뉴는 주문하면 가져다주시는데 너무 맛있었어요. 3. 전망: 오션뷰로 예약했으나 방 업그레이드 해준다하여 알겠다하고 보니 업그레이드한 방은 더 크고 넓었지만 가든뷰여서 아쉬웠어요. 작더라도 오션뷰가 좋은 것 같아요. (다만, 쿠타비치는 대부분 나무로 가려져있어서 제일 고층인 4층에 있는 룸에서만 오션뷰가 가능할 것 같아요) 공항에서 가까우니 여행 마지막날 숙소로 추천해요.
