This is the third time ive stayed at the Kana Kuta. This time i brang my parents with me and they were blown away by the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile. I love the Kana and will only ever come back to this wonderful hotel!

This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The Jana has great staff and reasonable rooms at a reasonable price. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again , it’s a 5 $ cab fare to waterbom park.

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kana. Property was clean, safe and quite. Only drawback is the restaurant was not airconditioned. So a little bit warm during summer.

It was amazing to stay at the hotel. The rooms are not that modern but the service is just exquisite. Staff always carrying a smile on their face. Rooms are kept clean and the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were lovely and always willing to help. The hotel is a bit old but kept very clean.

There was water logging in the shower area in our room which was causing a bad smell. The staff had to come and drain it. staff is very good. Breakfast was good but on second day they had nonoptipns for vegetarians. Everything supposed to be vegetarian had egg in it which is not considered vegetarian.

Je pense que c’est réellement le meilleur hôtel de mon voyage en Indonésie. L’hôtel était incroyablement beau, le personnel était au petit soin et très chaleureux !! Le restaurant est également très bon ! C’est un sans faute, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le rapport qualité/prix est juste dingue.
