"Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien."

"Was a lovely stay, we opted for bed and breakfast so we could explore the surroundings. Breakfast was good but wish there were some more veggie options, a lot of the items had pork in it, the kitchen staff were good though, although I didn’t realise till our third day they could make me a veg omelette! Maybe share this when guests arrive, especially if they have dietary requirements. Other than that, the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was massive and the beach was just behind the hotel....

We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. "The room was in okay condition but the cleaning was poor, the music was extremely loud and it continued until 11pm every night, when that finished there was music from some bar outside by the beach that was unbearable. If you are half board the most ridiculous thing is that they dont even give you tap water for dinner. Hotel was almost empty the last day and they told us they needed our room so we could not do late check out. First time in Tenerife for us, we saw a lot of the island it is...

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"A beautiful resort where all the staff are friendly, helpful and make your stay wonderful. The food variety, taste and freshness is amazing. All the grounds are spotless and the pools glistening. A quieter resort which was nicer for us than other holidays, so the music isn’t overwhelming but offers enough entertainment to keep the little kids and aquafit goers happy! "This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! "Hôtel très agréable, très bonne restauration (buffets très variés et de bonne qualité), ambiance tranquille un peu à l’écart du centre, tout en étant proche de tout. Seul petit bémol pour le service de chambre, les produits ne sont pas remplacés lorsqu’ils sont vides et le ménage laisse parfois à désirer. Tout rentre dans l’ordre dès le 1er appel à la réception mais cela fait défaut pour un 5*."
