There where holes and stains in the sheets and blankets. The bathroom was filthy etc... it was so bad we didn't even stay the night! So PLEASE refund my money!!

It was alright as a budget hotel. All the basics were there and it was only about a 5 minute walk to the strip, without strip prices. The room itself doable. Clean, with all the basics. The bathroom needs bit of work though...a bit worn. Then a night time, one can hear the incessant noise of the damn helicopters coming and going in that area. It made trying to sleeping a bit annoying. It seems to stop by midnight. Given the really good price we got for this package (flight and hotel), it was ok.

Other than the location of the property, not much to say about the hotel. Casino is small, but good. The hotel however has issues. We checked in and there was no soap in the bathroom nor was there body wash. The staff wasn't terribly friendly but did send body wash to the room, but still no soap. Only one working elevator for anything above floor 10, VERY inconvenient. Room was ok but bathroom looked like it might have mold around the tub and the sink was backed up as well. Also, its now $18/day for parking and def not worth it. Also, our friends told us they saw the security person asleep at the desk on at least one occasion

The elevators were not working properly during our entire 5 day stay. On top of that, the stairways weren’t really usable either. On the second floor for our stay. Had to use stairs through an alarmed door to the outside, then walk through the parking garage to get to the lobby. No apologies, no comps, no explanation, and I never saw a reapair man. Our friends were on an upper floor and it was a total nightmare. Otherwise good budget stay. Clean enough. Decently located. But the elevator situation handled very poorly.

It’s a great location, The pool was decent, staff in the restaurants weren’t very nice but front desk was pleasant. Had some elevator issues but overall it was okay. The room was a bit run down but the bed was comfy.

The deposit was like $250 idk why so high but I did like the hotel good views from the pool view room and saw airplanes taking of from the airport I would stay there again I actually liked it.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are old run down and overall just not pleasant to stay in. I did not know this was a budget hotel as the website and pictures seem to suggest otherwise. And they are event charging a resort fee! Rooms and hallways felt like something from the 90s that was just repainted Room bathrooms the same. Would not recommend unless your tight on funds and want to be close to the strip

Dirty, elevator didn't work for 2 days. We were on the 12th floor and had to use the stairs! I wouldn't have normally stayed there but our friend's had already booked there. No better then a Motel 6.

I did not book a 5Star hotel. I've been booking here for years for its location, value, and mostly its staff. Basketball tournaments in March are the best. Oyo is right in the middle of it all yet right next door to the strip and big casinos. If you are not looking for the fancy hotels and cost, yet proximity to the actions, consider this place. And yes, the Hooter is still serving.

Coming in was already kind of a weird experience since the elevators were broken in the parking area. I had to go down multiple flights of stairs to then get in and check in and then I found out that the elevators to the room were broken. And the linen elevator I was told to take would not stop at my floor. So I had to go up one level on the elevator and then go down one level on the stairs. When I finally did get to my room, it turned out that somebody else was already checked into my room. That was pretty much the last straw. I requested by this point that I get a refund and be allowed to leave. There seem to be a lot of issues to make this happen including issues with Expedia. Very frustrating that there wasn’t an easy solution to just call this quits.

The elevators never work. They have 1 for the entire hotel and it breaks down multiple times a day. Should have stayed anywhere else. At least the staff is understanding of how beat up this building is. The stairwells frightened my kids with how dilapidated it was. Broken pipes have clearly been an issue. Room AC was loud.

I like that we were close to the strip. The property is a little rundown and needs repairs, only one elevator worked the entire time. It worked for what we needed and if the price is right we'll go back.

Two of three elevators to the higher floors were out of order. We were told they would remain out of order for at least another week. Sometimes we had to wait ten minutes for the elevator. Signs were posted out of order when we arrived, but the signs were removed inexplicably a day later, giving the impression that the elevators were working, and causing further confusion. Our bathroom was not clean. There were long hairs on the floor and elsewhere. The carpet in the room was scattered with goat-head weed spurs (thorns) that had not been vacuumed up. I got two painful thorns in my foot. The "smoke-free" room was regularly infiltrated by tobacco and marijuana smoke via the bathroom vent. The "resort" fee included what exactly? The pool area was closed the entire time. I complained that one of the treadmills was broken; it was fixed the next day.

Just an FYI they require a $250 deposit. I did not read that in any of my itinerary or rules. The room we got is over the kitchen and reeks of fried foods, the room is very outdated. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice just not very helpful. We had to ask where our room was. He wasn’t forthcoming with that info right away.
