This was a fraudulent booking not done by me. When I questioned it, this hotel refused to refund my booking despite me notifying 3 days before check in. Not sure who stayed at this hotel but it was not me.

This property is not a 4 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel. Expedia is not having this hotel in right category. They should vet the hotel before putting in 4 star category.

Classic & Vintage Vibe We had a great stay here. Great Location around Rochor MRT station, also near Little India and Bugis Junction, The check-in and out process was really fast. Many thanks to helpful and friendly staff and also Mr Jamal, thank you for a wonderful service and recommendation on what to see around. The cleanliness was superb and the room was very spacious. clean and comfy room with bath tub and all sets of amenities. Happy staying here will recommend this hotel with our family members and friends. Thank you Village Hotel@Albert Court 🙏

What a lovely hotel! I liked everything about the place, from the colonial-style building and decor to the breakfast and very comfortable bed! The staff were very polite and helpful as well! The hotel is located near Little India, with a great choice of eateries and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Online it says that the property provides water dispensers. However, they expect you to drink from the washroom sink. The washroom was also quite old. I’m not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel because it certainly didn’t feel like one.

There were air purifiers all over the building. There was mould in the bathroom and stains in the bathtubs…. And generally it felt that the hotel needed to be retrofitted..

Not a four star hotel! Mouldy and run down.
NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL, more like a hostel. Room was NOTHING like the pictures. It was so much smaller. Worse than that, bathroom was mouldy, furniture was falling apart and the whole room had an odd smell. Never leave bad reviews, but this hotel warrantied this. I spoke to the hotel staff, and showed them our pictures from Hotels.com compared to our room and they were unhelpful and tried to sell me an upgrade. They tried to tell me that hotels.com use the wrong pictures and it’s nothing to do with them. The room pictures on their own website are also incorrect. Impossible to make an informed decision if both the star ratings and the pictures are grossly misleading. We paid £120 a night, and other hotels in the area offer a much better hotel for the same cost.

The room was large but needed some upkeep. Cons- I made a booking error and was not refunded my day even with requesting 5 days in advance. Refrigerator not meant to keep food cold. Pro- good location and good breakfast.

Our room was nice but it's a pity it was overlooking the courtyard which had many bars so was quite noisy. We did ask if we could move but they were full so couldn't do anything for us. The hotel was in an ideal location for us being within walking distance from the MRT station. The breakfast was good but it wasn't always ready at the opening time of 6.30am.

Our stay didn't start quite well but one of the manager, Steven was attentive and responsive to our requirements and tried his best to make things better for us. Our overall experience on this property was great. Definitely coming back in the future.

Staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the close proximity to the MRT making it so easy to get around. A good selection of bar/restaurants adjacent meant we didnt need to go far for a quick meal. We haven't stayed in this part of town before but would definitely stay here again.

O hotel é velho e com cheiro de mofo , ficamos nele 2 x na mesma viagem e em ambos os quartos até havia o purificador de ar que de nada adiantava . O café da manhã também foi outra decepção, apenas comidas indianas apimentadas e a máquina de café e cappuccino ficou vários dias quebrada

The location was probably the best part of the hotel. It was easy to catch either the Downtown line or the NorthEast line as the hotel was walking distance to both Little India Station and also to Rocher Station. The hotel itself was a little worn out and we knew it was only 3 stars so our expectations were scaled appropriately. The bathroom was worn out but clean and had good water pressure. The pillows were comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, the room we stayed in was above a KTV lounge and we heard bad singing all night from Thurs to Sat evenings. The sound insulation in the room was not great. Very hard to sleep. Breakfast was included and was ok, not the most tasty. Overall, it was a budget stay and we only wished the hotel was quieter or had better sound proofing as it was next to a main road and above a KTV lounge.

It is a central location. The place looks good with an air of old world (a lot of timber). It is very clean, good beds. Not as much coffee sachets or tea bags, and no milk, as we are accustomed to. Or cereal bowls or enough drinking glasses or cutlery. You can buy basic supplies from the deli in the courtyard. Not many tv channels to choose from. You can watch BBC news. Quite good- a place where having a big enough room is a luxury (space in Singapore is a luxury)
