When I was checking out, I presented the receptionist my room cards and my deposit receipt. He then rudely ordered me to wait for five minutes without any “please” nor further explanation. I told him that I’m in such a hurry, then he reluctantly processed my check-out in such an unbelievably slow pace. After printing out the deposit agreement, he asked me to sign in order to verify that I’ve received my deposit back. I told him that it is illogical as he did not give me any penny back yet. He then threatened me that if I’m not signing, he wouldn’t pay me back my deposit. The whole experience could not be more unpleasant.
I paid the hotel for proper service and sensible aids from hotel staff, not anything rude and illogical like this.
