PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! BOOK OTHER HOTELS!!
For those who are planning to book, I recommend reconsidering. I booked this hotel because of the high rating; however, I feel I got scammed. First things first: I was charged an extra fee upon arrival for something called a “facilities fee,” with no prior notice or explanation. The room is so freaking small, and I booked the “stream view” yet could barely see any street. More important, I didn’t know the parking garage across the street closes at 10 PM, forcing me to scramble to find parking each night.NOW PLEASE READ MORE CAREFULLY! The room is right next to another room, so you hear all the noise, morning housekeeping, the elevator door closing, guests slamming their door, everything sounds like it’s in your room. I stayed three nights and didn’t get a single good sleep. Also worth mentioning: the AC unit sits directly above the bed and is so noisy. It cycles on and off all night, so I had to turn it off at 2 AM, and then the cleaning staff started up again in the morning. With this price, you could stay at a Hilton or Hyatt and actually rest. I felt completely scammed and utterly exhausted. Please treat yourself better! BOOK OTHER HOTELS!!
