The staff were super friendly. Unfortunately, the property is quite run down with concrete facade falling off in places, mold in bathroom, no room service or cleaning staff, we left a pile of trash bags outside our room until the day we left that no one every picked up... It is old and worn out and poorly maintained.

Was able to walk to aquarium and Niagara Falls park easily. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was a smell in the halls. There was no freezer section to the mini fridge, so we were unable to chill our ice packs.

The property was fine. The staff was good. There was no breakfast included. Over all, there experience was good. The surrounding buildings look run down and abandoned

No housekeeping, dirty floor in bath, no useable space in bathroom for personal toiletries. No visitor information in room or offered at the check-in desk. Starbucks was out of half the items displayed. Bar was poorly stocked, closed all day Monday April 8th a day that should have been available to crowds watching eclipse. Most poorly managed hotel I have experienced.

Overall fantastic stay. Hotel including staff were great. Area is rundown around hotel. However hotel was very nice. Location of hotel is close to Niagara Park and Rainbow Bridge.

This hotel i would not recommend... My vehicle got broke into and stuff got stolen that i bad bought at the mall.... They do charge hidden fees that they do not disclose... When I called about the Fees and my car getting broken into the guy could only say sorry.. save money and dont stay your car isnt safe on their property

The room I got was not in proper condition. It was moldy as the area down the window was wet. Don’t know how but probably the A/C was leaking but for a long time as the area has grown mold. How can the staff give such a room to a guest? I picked the room for city view but when wanted to have the view, our socks got wet and had to stay away from the window area. Spent $200 for such a hotel room. Really not worth and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off the amenities they were displayed on your site look as if they're from 40 years ago when his building was new The pool was falling apart while we were there literally the lighting inside the pool walls came out so you're the s*** out of my nieces and nephews The room look nothing like the one displayed on the site for Christ sakes to ceiling had bare patch marks from a repair left The wall had a giant gap between the ceiling and the wall itself The beds were not Queens but instead twins it was filthy there was no restaurant there was no dinner there was no breakfast I chose this place over all others in the area that were $100 less each night and provided a cleaner comfortable healthier atmosphere they even had breakfast's and dinners they also had hot tubs and pools that were not falling apart they had rooms there are much more clean for Christ sakes we got off the elevator and the ice machine had a giant pool Right when you step out of the elevator on the third floor I am very unhappy with all of this

Do not stay here. Bathroom made very loud noises. AC/heater dripped water and there was a big wet spot on the carpet. Woman at front desk was not welcoming and Saturday morning when I went down to the Starbucks and saw it was closed I asked her if it would open at all that day and she just said no with an attitude, no apology or explanation. False advertising a Starbucks in the lobby if you ask me. I would never stay there again.

Great Location and service
Great service. Loved the view of the city skyline. Jacuzzi tub in room was awesome. A few flaws with screw holes, towel racks, stained ceiling tiles and dirty windows. But overall experience was great. Would stay there again. A short walk to the Falls.

It was lipstick on a pig. They tried to modernize it but there were so many items that made it feel gross. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the parking garage is falling apart, there were water stains on the ceiling, the walls were thin between the rooms.
