The hotel room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. Was only given two towels for 4 people. When asked for more the staff at the front desk wouldn’t assist. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.

We waited almost an hour in line to check in on day one at the front desk. The staff person checking us in was very kind and apologetic but the line to check in was massive. The room was deceiving as upon walking in as initially it was spacious and a comfortable temperature. After spending some time there I was unimpressed. The mattress protectors on both the queen bed and bunk beds were stained all over. The queen bed had the thinnest comforter on top, but the bed itself was comfortable. The tub wasn’t very clean and the towel rack was practically hanging off of the wall in the bathroom. The TV was not usable as it wouldn’t connect to the internet. When I tried to call for support, the phone in the room also did not work and there was no dial tone. I called from my cell phone and was told a maintenance person would come work on the TV for us. Three days later no one showed. Some great things about our stay included the amenities. The continental breakfast was awesome as well as the outdoor pool and playscape. The indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission this week unfortunately (not sure why). The location was also amazing as it was so close to all restaurants and attractions we were visiting for.

We checked into the hotel and I immediately noticed the flooring was peeling and needing to be replaced. The hotel had an old carpet smell to it. The hot tub and indoor pool did not work the whole time we were there. Over flowing trash cans outside, people partying out front and no workers in sight to stop it. We requested ONCE for our room to have clean bedding and towels and no one came. We checked out early and booked with another hotel please don’t be fooled by the photos online they’re no accurate.

The hotel has potential, but disappoints. Pros: Its proximity to shops and activities in the area is a plus. Room was spacious. Cons: The room was very dirty, at least two spiders in corners, stained and broken lampshades. Very worn down doors and furniture. There was dirt on the carpet, did not look like it was vacuumed properly. We asked at the front desk for someone to vacuum at least the spider and spider webs while we were out. No one came to the room to take care of it as promised. The wi-fi was very poor. Nothing was loading, or loading to a speed where you can confidently say that is not actually working. To get fresh towels and garbage removed, we had to contact the front desk (which is also stated on their notice on the counter). The in room phone had no dial tone, so the option was to go to the front desk. There, almost always a line of 3-5 people and just one front desk agent. At check out we were charged an unjustified early departure fee; the agent could not find a reason either but I was told it was adjusted. A second look at the bill, did not convinced me that the fee was adjusted. I returned to the front desk, and this second time the agent adjusted what indeed was an extra charge. Overall, not a good experience. I contacted Expedia to address the fact that the hotel featured an arcade room, that turned out not to be available anymore. Considering everything, Expedia offered us a fair compensation (while the hotel did not want to, at their request.)

I had to wipe down the room when we arrived. There was so much dust around the room. There was hair in the shower and the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The tv did not work for half of our stay. The indoor pool was out of service. The breakfast was just ok. The convenience was worth overlooking the issues we had. The outdoor pool was good for the kids as was the playground.

Room, dated in need of upgrades but clean. Wifi, none. Had to walk to Hannaford's to use wifi. Tv, not working at all. Someone from maintenance was to come fix it but did not show up. Breakfast, was just just okay.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The price was the lowest I could find for a very good reason! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 30 minutes standing in line at check in. 2 days...no hot or even warm water throughout the hotel. Dirty bed and sheets. It appears some vomited or bled all over sheets and they never got changed!! Front desk never answered phone calls. Slept on floor. Showed front desk pictures and asked for a set of clean sheets. Refused giving them to me and said housekeeping would take care of it right away. I was told I would be given a full refund. We were gone 8 hours, room was never entered!! Packed up instantly and went to check out a day early. 11 people in line...45 minutes waiting. I was told I would receive a full refund the following day and was given a folio for the wrong room # and with someone else's personal information. I only received partial refund a week later after communicating back and forth and getting a run around. I'm just glad to be done with the situation.
Stained. Dirty sheets from previous guests
Gone 8 hours, still not changed.

Our second stay here. It's located not too far from Storyland which was our reason for the trip, but it is located near a couple shopping areas and a grocery store - perfect for those with littles. We were only there for a short time so weren't able to take advantage of the playground, or the outdoor and indoor pools.

Cleaning staff is horrible, room not ready in time, 2nd room bathroom was dirty, floors were dirty, not enough towels in room. No pool towels supplied, both indoor and outdoor pools were closed on Sunday 7/13.

I went 5 nights there and nobody didn't get the trash in my room also nobody asked if everything okay. I had to go the office to fix the card 🔑 key 3 times. Breakfast was good. The gym small but okay.

Customer service was awful, outdated property. Could be a sweet place if the staff was responsive and cared about the guest. My key cards to my room deactivated every 24 hours. No fan or window in the bathrooms. Alot of repairs need to the rooms needed. My family enjoyed the pools when they were open.

Clean room/bathroom. Friendly staff. Had to get my room key changed 4 separate times. The free breakfast was gross, pancakes were hard and rubbery, French toast the same, not much variety, juice machine not working. Could never connect to the WiFi. Rooms were dark, no lights other than a couple of lamps. I cleaned the filters for the ac which were filthy.

Room was dirty . Drawers had crumbs and other debris in them. Sheets were stained. Mini fridge had multiple spills in it. The pool area was nice. I would not recommend this hotel. I will give the staff at the front desk 10/10 The ladies were welcoming and very helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the night staff lady, she would be the only reason to return. Property needs some love- needs to be clean throughly and the back patios need to be power washed and blown. Parking lot had mounds of sand from winter. Definitely needs updates- especially the platform beds and carpets.

Very dirty, the bed sheet had tissue under the pillow. Room was dirty with food articles lying down.

It was a clean, comfortable stay which I enjoyed. My only complaint was I requested an early check in which they said they could accommodate when I called ahead. Upon arrival they said they knew nothing of it and refused to check me in early. I’ll probably try one of the areas many other hotels and inns on my next, frequent trips, to North Conway.

The bedroom layout type that I reserved was not available when we checked in, so they gave us a room with smaller full-size beds (not comfortable for a family with two teenage boys). They blamed Expedia for offering a room that was already booked. Other than the wrong room/bed size, the breakfast was great all three mornings.
