Under expectation
generally little bit dark. If you travel with family like me, don't go to this hotel. It was loud at night until 4 a.m. because of the club downstairs. Breakfast was not so good and little variety. I was hoping for more stalls at breakfast. one thing that I like about this hotel is the luxurious and spacious room. I'm sorry but it's a little bit under my expectation.

A modern well designed hotel with great facilities
This wonderful experience started with the check in by a person dedicated to make our stay the best ever. Fluent in English, all questions were quickly and positively answered. The building included a great night club, high class fashion shopping, a kids center, pools - swimming and the snooker kind, and a good fitness center. The roof top villas also had their own private swimming pools - wow! The great food made the experience unfforgetable and free airport transfer wrapped up a super stay. We will return.

I must say that TS suites is a good hotel, if you get the right room for your stay. The ones facing the road have no sound proofing and we could not sleep well for the first 2 nights. Request to change room was not granted due to full occupancy. Will I be back? Not if they cant guarantee a room away from the noisy road.

施設も綺麗で食事も美味しくて文句なしです。屋上のバーやスパが部屋づけにできなく、カード払いの場合その都度一階のフロントまで降りて支払う必要があるのは、不便極まりないです。あと、一階のバーの店員が必要以上にオーダーさせようと迫ってくるのは鬱陶しいのでやめさせた方が良いです。

The property felt luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very nice and the cocktails lovely. I wish we had stayed for the weekend as there was free entertainment that looked like fun.

We absolutely loved TS Suites .. would highly recommend this hotel .. Will definitely stay here again.. our only disappointment was that the nightclub was closed for renovations.. but apart from that we cannot fault anything. We utilised all the facilities and our experience was wonderful!

Although we were too exhausted from our sunrise hike so we didn’t go, we liked the fact there was a night club right on the hotel property. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff!

ビーチフロントにこだわらなければ、地図で見るよりも場所は便利です。 ホテルの部屋も広く清潔で、スタッフ対応も良かったです。残念だったのはハウスキーピングです。 トイレットペーパーが補充されてなかったり、バスマットがなかったり。(頼めばすぐ持って来てくれました。)概ね良いホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

Ts suites has lovely spacious rooms and a fantastic pool area. The prices of drinks and massages are quite high and the facilities for the massages are a bit dated and need to be upgraded. The food for the breakfast buffet is lovely and I especially enjoyed the Indonesian foods. The free minibar is not alcohol so don’t be tempted to book on the minibar it’s just two soft drinks and no milk for coffee. It is a great choice for just chilling by the pool and enjoying yourself and I felt very safe as a single woman staying here.

Lækkert værelse med egen pool
Vi havde 5 nætter på hotellet, boede i TSun Villa med 2 soveværelser og egen pool. Lækkert værelse med 2 soveværelser og 2 bad, da vi kun var 2 afsted brugte vi kun det ene. lounge og spiseområde i åben forbindelse med den private pool. Virkelig lækkert lay-out og fantastisk med egen pool så man ikke skal slås om liggestole. Værelset og pool er lidt slidt, lever måske ikke helt op til 5 stjerner men stadigvæk en rigtig god oplevelse. Spiste morgenmad i restauranten, glimrende uden at være helt fantastisk. Området hvor hotellet ligger er ikke det mest fantastiske men der er 5 minutters gang ned til pulserende liv af butikker og 10 minutters gang til stranden.

10 stars for everything
I don't leave reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with something. TS Suites not only exceeded my expectations, they went like 10 levels above that. I'll sum it up by saying, whatever service expectations you think you want or expect, this place will bend over backwards to exceed all of them by a factor of 10! The concierge booked the best private driver for a few days of custom waterfall, surfing and scuba adventures along with other recommendations of things to do and not do. The front desk has a 24 hour a day whatsapp number you can ask for anything like breakfast to go, drive times in traffic, fast boat bookings to Gili etc (think of them as Siri or Alexa for anything Bali). The entire staff was always genuinely happy and smiling at all hours of the day and night. I have one suggestion - stock the rooms with refillable glass water bottles instead of plastic. Thanks for the topshelf service.....see you again next time!
