Great hotel with big swimming pool
Enjoying staying at mantra sakala. Spacious room with good facility. The swimming pool is so big, my kid enjoyed it so much. More loving it if the breakfast menu can have more variety.

Pool nya sangant bagus, ada 2 pool, 1. Pool yg dekat pantai (Sakala Beach Club), 2. Pool yg di dalam Hotel , semua bagus kebetulan saya di Sakala room di lantai 1 , lorong-lorongnya gelap, lift kurang pengharum, lorong -lorong tidak diberikan pengharum ruangan jadi semakin pengap karena letaknya di basement, kamar nya Ok Bed besar bantal selimut semua nyaman, teras garden ok, hanya kamar mandi karena letaknya di basement jadi pengap, saluran air di shower room agak kurang lancar jadi manual saya buka tutup, toilet

One of the best resort experiences we have ever had. The Villa was absolutely lovely, beautifully maintained, stylish, spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned daily with much care and attention. The pools were beautiful and we loved having access to our own pool. The staff were incredibly attentive and engaged. We were offered personalised activities that were brought to us. We particularly loved kite making and towel folding. Lots of fun and things we would never normally do. Breakfast was an absolute feast. Abundant and delicious choices with staff remembering our names, how we like our hot drinks and ensuring my son who has allergies was catered for. Each morning without asking they would come to see if they could make him anything that excluded the foods he could not eat. Similarity when we phoned room service they would let us know, without us needing to ask,if the food contained allergens. This was incredibly attentive. Highly recommended by all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teens).

People in tourism in Indonesia are wonderful so we’re in Sakala resort . Breakfast was great. Room was clean and modern decorated although a bit worn out . Pools were great . But hotel is not exactly beachfront as advertised

We agree that genuine hospitality is part of the Balinese culture, but the level of service and professionalism achieved by our staff is the result of continued training and motivation. Positive reviews help to boos it so we thank you for that. Thank you for your positive feedback of our extensive buffet breakfast. Mostly sourced locally as part of our sustainability commitment, and prepared with diligent care.Cleanliness is non-negotiable and we are glad that you liked the decoration. Any minor snagging that may have become undetected among our numerous rooms, please let us know so we can address it.Is great to know that you enjoyed the pools as well (both our massive lagoon pool and our infinity pool at the beach club). Regarding the beach, whilst the rooms are not in the beach side, the beach itself is accessible from the beach club which is 40 meters from the lobby, crossing a small road with the assistance of our security staff 24/7. Whilst this is not ideal, other hotels also have a similar layout like the beachfront hotels in the Nusa Dua complex have a substantially longer distance from the lobby to the beach.We hope to see you back again and we thank you for your feedback.

Excellent hotel in Nusa Dua. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and the hotel was huge with multiple pools and beach clubs.

Excellent and friendly staff always willing to help and make you feel special around the resort. There are fair few options for the kids to enjoy allowing one to relax by the pool. The property and breakfast buffet was really good. I'd recommend for families as a getaway its away from the usual Bali lifestyle areas. Convenient shuttles to their private beach and also Shopping centres through the day. The benoa beach is just across and recommend for water sport activities. You can also order food delivery to your rooms.

This was by far the best vacation me and my fiancee have ever had! From the moment we checked in the staff were unbelieveable! So friendly and accomodating! We were given an amazing welcome drink while we checked in and as we did that the bell hop swiftly had our luggae delivered to the room, we were then walked up and given a tour/walkaround of our room, the resort, and the events happening! The room was incredible! The air conditioning was nice and cold, the bed was incredibly comfy, and we always came back to our room very clean after a day out exploring! The breakfast every morning in the restaurant was incredible! The staff were perfect always making sure we were happy and that we had everything we needed and ontop of that they all made the effort to remember our names and every single one of them greeted us each and every morning which just made the experience feel magical!!! I could go on and on about how amazing this resort is but if im being honest, its not the resort that made our stay incredible but it was thanks to the most amazing staff that they have employed there! Demmy was vital to everything as he was there for us on and off shift if we had any issue he handled it immediatly! As well as him and the Sakala staff all got involved and helped me plan the perfect proposal for my fiancee from searching the island to find her fav flowers for the bouquet for the room right down to having a beautiful note written on our mirror and the whole room set up for her!

The Skala is stated as a 5* hotel. The overall can be a 4* at best. While our top of the line room at the hotel would be a 5* nothing else reached that level on the resort. The overall condition of the resort is a 3*+ with spots of 4* elements. Staff was nice but not so educated on how to run e.g. a bar. English speaking staff was limited with lots of misunderstandings. Exemples of very bad parts: toilets that hardly flushes. Sinks that does not work. Very old and dated toilets in the beach club. Old and dated sun lounges. The beach below the hotel is very busy with boats and Water jets making the beach club smell of gasoline. The extra beach away from the hotel is cosy but has too few sun lounges. Facilities are dated. Very noisy and smelling if gasoline here too. Should be noted it was the new years weekend so maybe a bit busy. And on the food side the range of 1 restaurant with a very limited menu wich did not Cary the most basic wine range for even a 3* hotel would get nowhere near what would be expected of a 5 star hotel.

Dear Martin, we thank you for your review and feedback...even though we certainly have a difference of opinion on what is and what is not a "5-star". Something very subjective and where different guests have different opinions. At least you found dour rooms at that level. As for the staff that you mentioned, it is the category that scores the highest in our hotel across all platforms. As you mentioned, you came over the NYE weekend when we had the hotel at 100% occupancy and we have to rely on additional daily workers that are not part of the contracted employees of the hotel (they dress differently if you may have noticed). These are usually young people recently graduated from the school with very limited working experience and yet to have their English polished. We do want to give an opportunity as well to the local communities in Bali to have real-world exposure to work in the hospitality business and we beg our guest's patience and understanding. However, all our food & beverage venues have also senior experienced staff that you could always ask, if you feel that your request was not understood well. Public toilets should be all in good working condition. As soon as we detect any minor malfunctioning (whether in a toilet or elsewhere), we have a team of engineers 24/7 available to fix things. On occasions and considering that we have a property of 30,000m2 (3 hectares) big and we cannot have eyes all the time in every single corner...we appreciate our guests bringing those minor issues to our attention, as it may have simply become undetected. As for the general maintenance of the property, over 2023 we have deployed an extensive investment but with priorities like the large amount of 261 rooms and villas that we have (as you mentioned that was at 5-star level) and items that are not visible for the guests but absolutely critical (like replacing the chiller, some roofs, etc...). There are just a few small snagging to be done on Q1 2024 and as we mentioned, some really minor issues is just because are undetected rather than intentionally not fixing it. We always encourage guests to please raise those small imperfections during their stay (instead of mentioning them after your departure) so we can immediately fix them and provide a more pleasant stay. The beach in Tanjung Benoa is more suitable for watersports, that is something that we do mention across all of our listings in case a guest didn't do a research of our area below. Many people from other parts of Bali come to our area to do aquatic-based activities because are not permitted in other areas...However, we do understand that not everyone enjoys this and for those who want to swim we have the private beach venue that you mentioned a few minutes away. Here we have several sounlounges and other seatings, a bar that serves drinks and snacks, toilets, shower, towels and wifi. The basics to spend a few hours just relaxing. This is the very same beach shared with some of the best hote

Perfect resort style especially for family. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They all go above and beyond and spared no effort to help. The breakfast was plentiful and very rich in flavoured and options, kids loved the giant chocolate fondue and the endless array of fruits and the like. The swimming pool is massive, there are a few waterfalls and it is has a lot of shade so on a hot sunny day, it is ideal. The area around the resort is full of minimarts and restaurants. The property is beautifully designed, can benefit from some repairs here and there like any busy resort. It’s not truly a beach front resort as the private beach is accessible across the road. It has its own beach near by and there is a shuttle bus to and from. Special thanks to Demmy and the entire kitchen staff for the kind welcoming atmosphere they created every morning despite dealing with the endless queue of morning guests. And special thanks for the folks who kept the rooms nice and tidy! All in all, thank you for a spectacular stay!

As you very well mentioned, our resort is very well-suited for families; with an attentive, friendly and professional service all around that makes sure our guests have a great time.We pay a lot of attention to our breakfast and we present daily a huge variety of options, including a kids corner and lots of fresh - locally sourced - items. Our lagoon pool is probably amongst the longest is Bali with 125 meters and a surface of approx. 4,000m2, surrounded by lush tropical trees and water features. Lots of seating and our great swim-up pool bar. At close distance we have quite a few convenience stores and within 15 minutes walking also a number of mid-priced restaurants and our secondary beach venue served by shuttle is just a few minutes away.Our accommodation is not in the beachfront, however at 40 metres across the lobby we have our beach club which is an important part of our resort. During the peak holiday season of the end of the year, yes we had full occupancy and that created some queue to enter into the breakfast because even we have it open for more than 3 hours, everyone seems to be going at the very same time - we advise in these cases to avoid the peak hour but we are also currently expanding the breakfast area so those queues don't happen again.We will thank Demmy, the food & beverage service and the housekeeping team for looking after you very well and contributing to deliver an overall fantastic experience. 2 bedrooms Villa Checked in at 7:45pm. Was told the room was not ready. Asked to wait. Ice tea provided upon request while waiting for room. Around 7:55pm, room was ready but told the AC in 2nd floor needs at least 5 min to cool the room. At 11:00pm, the AC started working. No issue with AC in 1st floor. The room decor and set up is very impressive. Private swimming pool has serene feel. Dinner room service was excellent. Lunch room service was a major disappointment. I asked if the kids’ chucky fried rice has any peanuts and affirmed no peanuts. My daughter is allergic to peanuts, and had 2 bites of the chicken satay. She took allergy medicine right away, but threw up and is still weak. This is unfortunate because everyone is very nice.

We are happy to read that you love the decoration, the private swimming pool and the in-room dining service was excellent.We investigated the situation with the AC in the 2nd floor and the food. We strive to provide the best service to our guests and in addition to the personal explanation we provided to you, we hereby clarify further. You deserve clear explanations (not excuses).Your room was prepared on the morning of your arrival and was double-checked again at 6pm, where everything was in working condition. Coincidentally, later at 11pm the MCB of the AC on the 2nd floor (a different system than in the 1st floor) was triggered by perhaps an external issue by the electrical company (MCBMiniature Circuit Breaker, which is a device that automatically switches off electronic devices like the AC to prevent damage due to an excess of current).We investigated the issue with the lunch. The Restaurant Manager who took your order was not advised of your kids's allergy, so later when you asked our daily worker who served the "nasi goreng" (fried rice) made a mistake by saying that the plate didn't have peanut. He thought that, indeed, the fried rice didn't have peanuts, but a separate piece of chicken ("satay") was prepared with a layer ofd peanuts a sauce that ha. This is indeed very unfortunate and we deeply apologize for this, it is something that certainly could not happen ever again. We have run an extensive re-training of all our temporary workers to understand how important food allergies are. In case of doubt, they must always double check with a supervisor/manager. We hope you can allow us to improve our service and we thank you for your valuable feedback.

Dear Chia Chi, if you would have informed us of a minor issue in your bathtub (we have more than 300 in the hotel and maybe some faucet needs a small adjustment); we would have fix it immediately. We genuinely did not become aware of this and we rely on our guests to informing us. As for the DND button, it was correctly on in you room, but the light in the exterior was off. Another very small detail that we could have fixed immediately if were informed. Our breakfast is buffet and we provide more than 20 employees every morning to direct guests, prepare coffees, refill the stations, live cooking...we have in general a very efficient breakfast operation so we are a bit surprised of your comment. We are sorry that such minor issues didn't make your stay with us as good as the majority of our guests.

Virkeligt lækkert hotel med alt hvad man kan forestille sig. Morgenmaden var uovertruffen og der var masser af ting at vælge imellem. Poolområdet var delvist på den ene side af vejen samt en kæmpe pool i midten af resortet. Et virkeligt lækkert hotel.

The staff are very friendly and do their best to provide a good service. Unfortunately the hotel is old and needs a renovation. As an example the mosaic tiles in the pool are missing and breaking away. The spa jets in the pool cabana's dont work. The fridge in the room didnt close properly. If the hotel was renovated it would be excellent. Great sized rooms, good staff, the strong aircon in the room was a great.

Dear Mr Gurjot, we thank you for your 4 out of 5 points, and your appreciation for our super spacious rooms (starting at 62m2 for the 1 bedroom and 125m2 for the 2 bedrooms). Most importantly, we value your positive feedback of our amazing staff and their excellent service.Our AC is very strong indeed because we recently made a significant investment into a new commercial chiller, which is very powerful yet more energy efficient as we are committed to both the comfort of our guests as well as reducing our carbon footprint.Our hotel is only 9 years old and it has an excellent level of maintenance in general considering how large is the property (30,000m2) and how we work hard every day to fix up to the smallest detail. The examples that you mentioned are actually unrelated to the need for a renovation:* Our 4,000m2 lagoon pool contains approximately half a million (500,000) tiles, so from time to time we have a handful of tiles that may pop and this is something relatively normal to happen and certainly limited (less than 0,002% of the total tiles); most important is that anytime we detect a tile popping up, we glue it back very shortly. * The jets at the cabanas have a very sensitive mechanism that gets easily broken when some guests manipulate them incorrectly. For that reason, we have decided to remove them but since this requires emptying a substantial part of the pool it is more sensible to do it during the upcoming rainy season. You may agree with us that is not very sensible to waste millions of liters of fresh water when is already months that Bali has gone through a drought. * We have approximately 400 minibars/fridges in the hotel...so we are grateful that you mentioned that the closing of yours wasn't perfect so now we are aware and can fix it immediately. We are always grateful for our guest's feedback as we can improve our operations, but as we said, those examples are not actually related to a renovation need but more of minor issues that can be easily solved.Thank you very much and we hope to see you back again with perfection!!

Great resort with kids pool, club and great buffet breakfast. Resort is at the end of the main road so will need taxi to main strip for shopping, massage and other dining. Overall very nice experience and would come again with family with kids.

As you mentioned, we look forward to welcoming you with the kids next time as we are a very well-suited resort for families. We do have kids pool section, a large fully equipped kids club and even a kids corner at the breakfast as well as many activities suited for the little ones. Thank you as well for your positive feedback of our extensive quality breakfast, which is highly recommended for our guests to take together with their accommodation.As you correctly said, our resort is at almost the end of the Tanjung Benoa peninsula. This however has a big advantage for our guests, which is that is more quiet and with less traffic than elsewhere...so this is better suited for those looking for a more relaxed holiday.However, we are at a very short distance (and served with our free shuttle) to all the attractions of Nusa Dua, including the shopping mall and many dining venues. As for the massage, however, we do have an amazing luxury spa at the hotel with 8 treatment rooms, so there is no need to go anywhere else if you want to experience a high-quality treatment done by professional therapists...All of it at a great value for money.We certainly look forward to seeing you back again soon with the family!

Unfortunately there were lots of little issues that all together made our experience not the most memorable! We are a family of four that stayed in a 2 bdr pool villa! The villa is lovely, a little run down in parts but worth the money! Upon arrival the resort does not hold a credit card or bond from a debit card! You place a deposit which they hold and once that runs out you have to then place another deposit! Usually hotels/resorts hold a minimal amount on your card in which they can charge upon departure! That way you can charge meals, spa treatments to your room! The shower in our Villa was also cold, though we should have advised staff earlier of this. There is really only one place at a time you can eat! The restaurant closes at 10am then the beach club opens, no new options for meals or dinner unless you venture outside of the resort! We were confronted with the facilities always running out of what we were wanting, I couldn’t even order a soda water at the lobby bar! The private beach was a little disappointing, we arrived to a very small beach, broken down beach chairs etc and not a place you can order lunch. The resort pool is the best place to swim, and is actually very well maintained! The Sakala Beach Club is a nice facility but once again as mentioned above no new food options and sometimes they have run out of certain selections! The spa facility is lovely, though I paid for 2 x 45 minute treatments and only received an hour. The staff though were lovely

Hi Mrs Lishkay, We firstly must appreciate your excellent feedback about our staff, how lovely our villas are, and the perfect maintenance of our pools. Thank you for all of that. The few issues that you mentioned can be easily explained as it is necessary to clarify to both you and other readers:•Deposits: we follow exactly the same policy as all other 5-star hotels in Nusa Dua (we actually did our homework to ask all hotels and made sure we have a consistent approach to deposits). There is a reason why we take Credit Cards instead of Debit Card, and that is because what we do is to “hold” a deposit (only possible with Credit Cards) and not “charge” it (something that would happen with a Debit Card). Some of our guests do not have consumptions to be paid (or may want to choose a different payment method than the one used with the deposit) so the deposit can be automatically released on their departure, and this would not be possible with a Debit Card. •Shower: Our butler personally asked you a few times if everything was right in your room and as you said, our team is ready to correct the smallest issue that can occur during the stay immediately…but if it happens when you are in the room and we are not advised…we just cannot know until you tell us.•Dining offering: we are not an all-inclusive property, so when looking at the length of stay and profile of our guests, having an all-day dining venue at the Beach Club with plenty of seating is sufficient for the number of rooms that we have. In addition, there are many mid-priced restaurants at very short distances to the hotel and many guests do actually like to see other places. Our menu is varied and extensive enough for a family to choose many different items during their stay, but we certainly apologize if there was something in particular, missing one of the days. This does not occur often, but since we only provide fresh food, we need to wait for the supplier to bring it the next day. And in cases of one specific type of soda missing in one of the 3 bars that we have, this can be easily stocked immediately. And that was what actually happened (you had a soda and our staff brought stock from another outlet) and we are sorry if that was an inconvenience that needed to be written in a review.•Private Beach: it has 500m2 of space with sunloungers, bar, shower, toilets, towels and even wifi. Here the concept is more chill and informal, because adjacent (just 1-minute walk) to our venue guests have all sorts of larger beach clubs and branded resorts where is easy to have a more sophisticated. Our private beach’s purpose is just to offer a nearby location more suitable for swimming as it is part of the very same kilometric-long stretch of sand/beach of Nusa Dua. The furniture was varnished only 3 months ago, and since this is exposed to the 1st line of marine environment all day, it is planned to give it another varnish very shortly. •Spa: we must correct you on this; because both you

Had a great time at the Sakala, the staff were incredible and it was a nice relaxing time. The hotel itself is getting a bit tired and could do with some maintenance but nothing major. We loved staying in this area, much quieter than other parts of Bali, We would definitely stay here again!

Yet, we are only 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from all Nusa Dua attractions. Moreover, it can be a great base to explore other areas of Bali as we have easy access to the Mandira Toll Road that connects us with other areas. All our facilities are open and all our large machinery is in perfect working condition, this was already a great effort after being almost 3 years with the pandemic situation....Now, we have a very comprehensive maintenance program from A to Z to keep everything in great condition, just that considering that the property is huge, we need to go area by area so we do a fine and a long lasting job. Can’t rate highly enough, Each and every member (Particularly Ria, Darmavan) always greeted with a smile. Staff were always happy to help and always went the extra mile. If I had to say something negative it’s at the end of the strip but there’s plenty of taxis available and wasn’t a huge problem. Customer service was just amazing. There are actually a couple of advantages to be on the tip of the Tanjung Benoa Peninsula. Flott og stort familierom med 2 soverom. Mye bråk fra takt når det blåste samt mye lyd i fra hunder som stod og bjeffet i lengre perioder. Renhold var OK, men ikke noe mer. Ser litt nedslitt ut etter Covid perioden. Veldig dødt i området rundt hotellet. Har var det meste nedstengt.

De er ideelle for familier og gjester som setter pris på store og komfortable rom.Vi skårer jevnlig veldig høyt når det gjelder renslighet av rommene og alle fasiliteter, så det burde ikke bare vært "ok", men det skulle være skinnende rent. Vi vil vurdere om det var mangel på oppmerksomhet til rommet ditt for å rette opp det umiddelbart.Unødvendig å si at Covid19 var en veldig vanskelig tid for hotellet vårt. Vi har imidlertid gjort et progressivt og detaljert oppgraderingsprogram på tvers av alle anleggene våre (vi kjøper en ny kjøler, vi skiftet takene på restauranten vår, vi fikset eventuelle lekkasjer, osv..) og vi fortsetter å gjøre det hver dag. nærmere vår beste form noensinne.Vi beklager støyuleilighetene fra vinden; faktum er at under oppholdet var det en kraftig storm, men normalt legger vi stor vekt på støyreduksjon (hvis du ser på våre heltre dører og polert stein i korridorene våre). Vi kan selvsagt ikke kontrollere om det er en hund utenfor hotellet som bjeffer om natten i landsbyen, men vi får vanligvis ingen kommentarer i denne forbindelse.Området vårt er litt roligere enn andre (grunnen til at mange av våre gjester velger oss), men likevel er det mange lokale spisesteder og butikker som gjenåpner hver dag. This is a nice hotel which is really close to a beach. The restaurant serves good food. Our room is quite spacious and has direct pool access which is quite nice. It also has a 3-storey gym facility containing a lot of machines, dumbbells and others. Impressive. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered a variety of delicious Indonesian and western food. As the check-out time was 12noon but our flight would depart at 4.05pm, prior to the check-out date, I asked the assistant manager whether we could still use the gym and shower after check-out. The assistant manager kindly offered a late check-out at 2pm in exchange of me writing a fair review of our stay in the hotel. However, on the check-out date, I'm afraid his staff was not aware of the above arrangements and asked us to check-out at 12noon, and further asked us for the identity of the assistant manager. I did not expect and was not prepared for this so I didn't not ask for his name on the date before. Eventually the staff was fine with us checking-out at 2pm. At 2pm we check-out at the lobby, and the staff asked us to wait a bit for them to check the room condition and would let us know when it was finished, which was totally fine. So we waited in the couch nearby. After like 15 minutes no one informed us anything, so I returned to the lobby and asked whether they were done. The staff then said yes the checking was finished.

Dear Pan, Thank you for taking the time to write a post-stay review at our hotel.As for the first part of your review, we are really glad to read that it was overall a nice hotel with great food and an extensive, varied - and most importantly - delicious buffet breakfast. Thank you for your appreciation of our generously sized (from 63m2) rooms - among which the Deluxe Pool Access Suites of your choosing is one of the favorites of our guests, as they can directly jump into our massive lagoon pool and swim-up to the lagoon bar. As for the facilities, indeed our gym is likely to be the largest in Nusa Dua, with not 3 but 4 floors actually (Cardio, Machines, Weights and Yoga/stretching studio) and is well-equipped with the most reputable brand in the fitness space. In addition to our fitness center, we have a few other 5-star facilities such as an award-winning beach club, a luxury wellness-spa, and a fully-fledged kids club. We hope you also had time to check these out as well.As for the second part of the review, we have spoken with the team to analyze why the Check-Out experience did not go as smooth as it should have been. The fact is that very rarely we get comments on this regards, but for your particular case, there was indeed a minor internal communication gap for which we truly apologize. Your constructive feedback is very useful to ensure situations like such described are not repeated. Our guest experience manager approved your late check-out but please be mindful that those (or early check-ins) are not always possible, because one of our core values is spotless cleanliness. We must then ensure our amazing housekeeping team has enough time to process our rooms in details in between guests - and when the occupancy is high our timing is a bit tight for this task. However, in this particular case, there was up to 3 changes of shift from one day to the next (our Front Office team has more than 20 members), as it was unfortunate that the information of the request did not flow among all members timely. We apologize for that and we have reiterated to the team how important is to make sure the communications from guests to our front office shall be perfectly smooth moving forward and regardless of who is on duty at any time of the day. As for the room check before departure, it is a standard procedure in international hotels as well, especially because we noticed an increased number of personal belongings left behind by our guests...and is better to wait a few minutes to re-check than to send those belongings - sometimes overseas - back to the guest. What we certainly are sorry is that the process took so long - and we certainly agree it should not have taken more than 5 minutes. As such, we have reiterated to our housekeeping and front office teams to make sure next time we do it a lot faster and - most importantly - explain to the guest why we do it and inform the guest immediately to avoid unnecessary waits. Is nice, quiet and relax hotel. Good breakfast. I recommend you If you like a relax place and area. Because the area is very relax and far from busy areas. No restaurantes in walk distance. Hotel has one nice restaurant but food is Mmm so so Relation price quality is good.

Our resort is great for all of those looking for relaxation during their holidays, especially now that Bali is becoming very busy and with a lot of traffic in other parts of the island...If we may add, there are a few restaurants at walking distance (less than 10 minutes) like Bumbu, Meads and Glaze..all of them having great reviews. In addition, there are a good number of 5-star hotels in the surroundings with a variety of choices and we provide a free shuttle if our guest wish to dine outside in the vicinity.In any case, we appreciate your feedback about our breakfast, as we are currently launching today a new menu in our beach club which I am sure you would like it.All in all, we honestly appreciate your constructive review and your 5*!See you back again.

This place was an exceptional place, staff was very friendly and compassionate about there country. One special person that was Komi she welcomed us every morning for breakfast and always helped us start are day off. My wife and I had the best experience here and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken of. I would recommend this place as it was excellent!

Overall the property was clean and good. Due to open space, mosquitoes was an issue. Breakfast was excellent and what we requested was provided without any hesitation. Dinner was a bit of an issue as limited menu for the vegetarians. The chef was very helpful and managed to make special dishes for us.

Great venue. Is an apart hotel. Set on a street with the beach across. Staff manner & hospitality is of the highest standard. Good buffer breakfast. Mr Demmy makes one feel welcome and is very helpful. Overall a great experience, we will return.
