Personale gentilissimo ottima pulizia camere belle e spaziose (vista oceano)con tutto il necessario,bella spiaggia pulita poche sdraio in piscina e quasi sempre occupate dal mattino presto, mare bello e adatto anche ai bambini, colazione ottima abbondante e per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato, cena normale senza grandi pretese. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

The hotel is a little further from outside restaurants. It’s not too far but would require some walking. It was very busy when we went so it was hard to get parking. Overall it was a good stay.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t charge my room for my laundry or ride to the airport without having a deposit. Make things easier. I did like your temporary gym. You staff opened it up early each day for me.

6月に4泊させてもらいました。 滞在中は空港近くでレンタルバイクを借りたので食事やちょっとした買い物はバイクで済ませました。海辺にあり静かできれいなホテルでした。次回もプーケットに行くとしたら拠点にしたいホテルです。

L’endroit est top, juste à côté à Kamala Beach, piscine privées, plages, boutiques, restaurants et instituts et Patong accessible en 10-15 minutes en Taxi. Taxi réservable depuis l’hôtel. Le personnel est très souriant, très serviable et sympathique mais ne comprends pas toujours tout en anglais (surtout le restaurant) Le restaurant est très très bon mais cher. Sur la plage possibilité de payer pour faire du surf! Super expérience! La piscine et le bar sont top, vue mer, une carte postale! Choisissez une chambre vue mer car les chambres basiques sont loin de l’accueil, temps de marche de 5 min pour atteindre la réception. Et la vue pas top du tout sur le parking. L’état général du bâtiment est vraiment moyen. Je ne regrette pas mon choix, mais je serai quand même allée à ceux d’à côté si j’avais su (je n’ai pas les noms) Le design de l’hôtel est sympa

This hotel is everything you want in Phuket. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool and I am certain next time we come back (we will!) that is what I will reserve. The beach is wonderful, there are many options of local restaurants and bars you can walk to form here- but if you want to stay, the hotel also offers very good food. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, the gym is very well equipped and while we didn’t use the pool (we had our own pool), the view and ambiance from the pool was great too. Great location, I recommend the surfing lessons, and while the area is alive wharves many people waking in the beach, it’s still quiet and relaxing. Definitely the best place to stay in Phuket.

The best part of this Hotel is the location, Kamala beach is so beautiful and full of dining options. The service provided by the Hotel staff is excellent and fast, however the hotel facilities need maintenance, it starting to look old and some areas smells like mold.

i had payed extra for breakfast and for cancellation. upon arrival i was told i had to pay again for breakfast and i had to pay for my coffee separate on top. it was quite strange.

スタッフの対応も良くて、シャワーの状態も良かった。部屋もきれいでした。16歳以下は朝食無料なのはありがたいです。 湿度のせいなのか、床が常に湿気ってる状態でした。 コンビニとショッピングする所がもう少し近くに有れば良かったです。 コンビニ行くのに信号がない広い道路を渡らなけれならず、勢いよく車やバイクが通る合間を渡るのは怖かったです。
