This hotel is just amazing! The location is unbelievable and the rooms are truly beautiful !! My first apartment in NYC was smaller than the bathroom/showers/make up room! :) The people that work here have great pride in their work and hotel!!

Perfect for romantic getaway
Probably one of the best places we have every stayed. Excellent service, and beautiful villas. This would be a perfect honeymoon stay. Smaller resort, romantic, and the villas are perfect and you get a lot for the price. Very private, but also close to excellent places to eat.

Hotel fantástico mas poderia melhorar o breakfast
O Hotel é lindo, os quartos são enormes, na verdade são lindas casas com piscina, a comida é razoável e o café da manhã é decepcionante, não é buffet como estamos acostumadas, é a la carte, vc tem que ficar pedindo item por item, que vem errado e incompleto, se não fosse por isso o hotel seria perfeito.

Gorgeous property with excellent staff and service. The 1bedroom villa was huge with a fantastic pool. Some areas are getting a little dated (bathroom vanity and decking around pool etc) but overall we had a fabulous stay for our first family holiday. Would recommend as location is perfect in Seminyak

Great hotel, would return.
Truly excellent hotel- the 1 bed villa with private pool was such a pleasant experience and exceeded our high expectations- both in size as well as facilities. The staff were universally friendly and genuine, the spa is excellent, the sunset view is beautiful, and the hotel is right next to, but nicely removed from the hubbub of Seminyak. In-resort food and drinks are fairly priced and great quality. Attention to detail is excellent. I cannot really pick a fault with his hotel. The standard is high- keep up the great work!

It’s hard to write this review as the Samaya is a gorgeous resort. Unfortunately the property has not been well maintained during covid. We stayed in the Royal Pavillion (top category) o the first day a piece of decking flipped up an cut my foot. The entire decking was unsafe. The staff are fabulous …. Would I stay again, yes if they replaced the decks as it’s a serious accident waiting to happen.

Perfect location, right at the beach front, close to so many shops. Villa was very spacious and kept clean. Really enjoyed in-villa private swimming pool, which was also big enough. Gym was little far and had to take a buggy to get there, a little inconvenience. Complimentary afternoon-tea was a good touch, but not worth taking time to visit. On the other hand, made-to-order breakfast was "must have". Good variety and very delicious. Accompanied eBicycle rental (separate company but located within) is also great add-on if you are not too keen on motorbike. Definite repeat hotel in Bali

i love this place. great hospitality, love how they give you all this amazing swag when you book a room. the breakfast and tea time is amazing! i love how its on the beach and they have yoga classes. The Samaya is a beautiful property on the beach of Seminyak. Close enough to the touristy areas of Legian and Kuta by taxi, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We were welcomed by Angela, who was obviously a world traveler too. Her perspective really helped us make better choices on how we wanted to spend our time in the area. Everyone was very helpful and friendly at The Samaya. A nice man by the name of Yoga was always around to make sure we were happy. Yes, we were! The Samaya is a great choice with some shopping, restaurants, and street food down the street. They can often book a late checkout for a fee, which is wonderful. Bali can be hot and humid. A lot of flights leave Bali late at night, a dip in a plunge pool in the afternoon can be heaven as you wait for your flight. Once you enjoy a plunge pool in a hot location, you will never go without. I would recommend the 1 bedroom pool villa, as it is close to the beach and very large. It shouldn't go without saying, the included breakfast was really good. The breakfast consists of an a la carte menu that has traditional western and Balinese dishes that are prepared to order. There were plenty of items to satisfy even vegetarians. It was obvious they take pride in their Breeze Restaurant.

Prefer courtyard villa!
Stayed in both one bedroom pool villa & courtyard villa. Personally prefer courtyard though not in main complex. Pool villa-close to beach, clean and new towels. Complain, found a piece of tissure paper floating in the kettle, sticky thing at bottom of cups! : ( Courtyard villa-prefer its layout, bigger pool. Complain, towels are a bit old! We did enjoy afternoon tea, beaufiful sunset, grea breakfast, friendly staff.

stayed in the courtyard side. very convenient to seminyak square, just a shirt walk away. dinner at the breeze was great while we watched the sunset. huge villa and pool. will be back again.

Old world excellence
We stayed at royal court villas for two nights. These are villas across the road and down the lane from the main complex. We fully utilised hotel buggies to ferry to and from the main complex. It was so seamless as it would turn up within minutes. This complex is also a short 2 min walk from Semyniak square. Villa (no 317) had an amazing large pool and many luxuries inc spa, twin showers etc. Minor negative was consistent construction noise during the day from the neighboring site. Highlight of our stay was customer service which at Samaya is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble inc late check out, numerous buggy rides at all times and so on. It is what separates old world hotel like Samaya from new hotels like Indigo where we spent 3 night and ultimately regretted. Thank you Samaya!!!

Great property featuring private and very large villas with enormous and luxurious bathrooms, outside showers and private swimming pools! All wonderful, one thing that could be improved is the towels which are old and in my view should be replaced by management. Other than that property is outstanding and centrally located.

シャワーのお湯がぬるく、シャワーの勢いも日本ほどない。 サンセットディナーを楽しみにしたが、 食事中ウェイターが何度も何度も「おいしいですか?」「楽しんでいただいてますか?」と食事を出すたびに、あるいは食事を下げるたびに、いちいち頻繁に聞いてくる。 このたびに食事中の楽しい会話が中断され、 せっかくのサンセットディナーが台無し！ ゆっくり食事したかったのが本音。 食事の会計か、終わった時「評価アンケート」なるものを書かされ、謎が解けた。 ウエイターやウェイトレスは、自分の評価が下がるのを恐れてそれゆえに頻繁に私たちの満足度を質問してきたのだ。 オーナー側としては客の満足度を知るのは大切だろうが、それゆえに従業員が敏感になり自分の評価が下がるのを恐れ、そういう行動に移るのだ。 そういう行動に移るのだ。 顧客の満足度を第一に考えるなら、まず楽しく食事が出来るように考えるべきである。
