Loved our April stay at this resort. Arrived at 1am after a 17hr flight and appreciated the smooth check-in process. They gave us these delicious pink ginger welcome drinks that were so refreshing in that humid heat. Surprisingly, we were then escorted to the other building located across the street in a 2min buggy ride. The room was very well presented with a comprehensive collection of amenities. Free high-speed WiFi that survived my streaming requirements :P also gave out enough face cotton pads and ear buds to last our entire stay. Breakfast was a generous hot & cold buffet from 7am until 10 I think. They had the usual western breakfast items as well as some indonesian ones (asam soto (chicken soup), nasi goreng (fried rice) mi goreng (fried noodles). Most of it was delicious 😋 my only gripe was that the fruits didn't taste delicious or fresh. The pineapple was tasteless and chewy. The melons, and all the other fruit were definitely not worth eating. The other gripe was there isn't a way for them to easily identify you e.g. wristbands. Both pools in the main building faced the beach which meant anyone walking along the beach could wander in easily. So we were constantly asked if we were resident guests which got quite tiresome as it happened several times per visit. However, their customer service was topnotch. If being fussy, one might not like having to cross the road between sites but they helped by stopping the mad Balinese traffic for us. I'd definitely return

Awesome property. Everyhing was lovely. Didn't honour Expedia room upgrade, out if in an area where there were constructions works, but the manager rectified both problems. Major drawback was breakfast was not in airconditioning room and didn't have fans. I couldn't enjoy the amazing breakfast because I was sweating too much.

The resort is beautiful and easy walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much! It would have been nice to have the restaurant/bar open past 9:30 pm. The resort is very quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Tre dager i Seminyak.
Vi gikk i land fra ett Cruise fra Bangkok til Bali. Tilbragte tre dager her før vi reiste hjem igjen til Norge. Vi havnet i sidebygget på andre siden av gata. Dette klarte ikke jeg å se da jeg bestilte rom. Rommet var fint, men du føler deg litt utenfor hotellet. Vi bestilte på ett supertilbud 50%, og derfor var det akseptabelt opphold allikevel. Servicen på hotellet er glimrende og plasseringen likeså.

Every single staff I met was so friendly, service was excellent. The spa was good. Gluten free food options were available. The hotel is well located and within walking distance of Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village. Excellent stay!

Perfectly Located High end Hotel
This is a gorgeous property and perfectly located for Restaurant options. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was a little annoyed that there are no beac chairs but once I sat by the Inifinity pool I realized that beach chairs would obstruct the view! I would definitely book here again.

We stayed at the cheaper option over the road at this property for 1 night. We arrived at the hotel around 3.30pm and our room was not ready to check into, despite having messaged the hotel the previous day to confirm our arrival. The staff were very sweet and were trying their best to gets into a room but we had to wait 45 minutes which was very tiring after a full day of international travel. We were eventually given our room. The reception at this area of the hotel is really poor looking, daggy. Need a full upgrade. /Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are great but lighting is dark. Not bad for the price. The grounds and pool of the hotel are very beautiful . Buffet breakfast was very good, not exceptional but very good. The Manager gave us complimentary lunch for having to wait for our check in which was very nice . Check out from rooms is 12 noon, so they should have had our room ready by the time we got there at 3.30pm. Not good enough for this standard of 5 hotel. Its like this secondary , garden room area of the hotel is run with much lower Managerial presence . Anyway it was ok for one night. The food and presentation of the food at this hotel is not 5 star at all. Get better food at a local restaurants down the street. Been coming to Bali for 25 years , this hotel is not somewhere I would recommend to friends to stay unfortunately. The service is beautiful the staff are amazing however and extremely hospitable. The hotel needs a makeover and 5 star ? No sorry.

Loved this property. Beautiful grounds and pool with perfect proximity to beach and shoppi g. Quiet too for relaxation. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful staff.

Beautiful pool area and ocean access. Great setting for outdoor restaurant with great ocean proximity. Room much smaller that marketed and hotel overpriced for value of room facilliy and amenities.

From the moment we arrived, my friend and I felt so welcome and our holiday had begun. This place is magical, from the minute you wake up listening to the waves crashing onto the shore, thee most incredible buffet breakfast, the wonderful girls in the day spa, the cleaning staff, staff on reception, the pool staff,everyone was incredible. If you want a resort that has it all, than this is it and still retains that authenticness of Bali. I cannot recommend highly enough, thankyou I will return soon XX Vanessa

The Seminyak è un hotel meraviglioso. Personale super accogliente e gentile, camera spaziosa, pulitissima è dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina è bellissima e poi fronte oceano non ha prezzo. Ottimo anche il loro servizio bar e ristorante secondo i prezzi ordinari di Bali. Personalmente lo consiglio davvero, un grazie a tutto lo staff.

Beautiful hotel, very close to all restaurants, shops, right on the beach, amazing breakfast and edge pool. My only negatives was the pool was a bit too cold for me, and the Jacuzzi in the room was massive with the tiniest water flow. I tried to fill it for 40 minutes and it got up to my ankles. I wouldn't spend extra on the Jacuzzi next time.
