It's the Four Seasons, enough said! Also, their beds? Most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept on!

In great area Orchard Park lots to do but away from harbour front area. Transportation is easy to get to Bayside and you can walk to Botanical gardens.

The hotel is 30 years old so the lobby and bathroom design look a little dated, and not to my aesthetic preferences. However, the location is central - 1 block away from an MRT. All the shopping and dining you would want and then some. The room sleep quality is superb. Awesome bed, awesome bed linens, and a very heavy and comforting comforter. Quiet. Total black out blinds. Being the Singapore and Malaysia are very busy and vibrant places, it was a great retreat to come back to a dark, quiet, safe place to sleep and recharge. The hotel guests are all very friendly - everyone is happy to be here. The staff, amazing. Ms. Cora (Cara?) - guest services Manager - helped me sort out check out, ordering a cab, getting cash in Singaporean dollars - into the cab in 15 min. It’s the bespoke experience, the quality sleep, the central location - that brings me back to the Four Seasons - worldwide - time after time.

The hotel is amazing the staff is very helpful and friendly and kind.the food is outstanding with a french cook .breakfast, lunch,or dinner is amazing.rooms are spacious and amenities are ideal

Very bad experience in Four Seasons Sg: 1. Room and facilities are aged, comparing to other Four seasons attached photo with a faded mirror and duct all over. 2. Very irresponsible staff: we had the Christmas high tea set in the cafe. We then asked for bring-to-room service for our unfinished food. After we get back to our hotek room at night. Room and uncleaned, without the cake items that we left over. Strangely, we looked at how the restaurant staff pack the desserts but they did not end up sending to the room. We are waiting for Four Season’s explanation and pending. Elsemore, they also mixed up our bill with other customers for three times. Very strange staff.

The gym, the buffet breakfast and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very large, comfortable and clean; but they need some upgrading as well as the outside of the building.
